5 star rated project by CRISIL and one of the largest residential complex with gated community in the entire area. The upcoming IIM Joka metro station is also closeby/The upcoming IIM Joka metro station is also closeby/gym, swimming pool, parks, well maintained road with street light and CCTV cameras. The colleges, schools, hospitals, malls are at a nearby location. It seems that homes are designed and build with utmost care which can also be seen when you visit here or stay here. Spacious homes and well-connected roads with basic amenities inside this project are what you get here. It is worth the price that you pay for buying homes.

The roads, parks, jogging tracks are well planned and clean enough to motivate you do exercise or go for a evening walk. Largest Residential Complex with gated community near upcoming IIM Joka Metro. Also, the sunlight enters the home which gives a positive feel. The well constructed houses and flats and there is no connectivity problem reaching here. The construction of inside as well outside homes is of very good. The nearby public transport makes it easier to reach the destination in no time. Also, the bus/auto stand is available at a walking distance. The other amenities like shopping malls, grocery shops, ATMs, gym, jogging parks are available inside the society.

Famous institutes, hospitals and schools are available nearby. Transport facility is excellent we do not face any traffic jams here. Connectivity is great as all the major roads connected well to this location. 24 hour security with good connectivity and highly constructed homes are the few plus points of this project. It is completely safe for kids and senior people who require maximum protection. It is a perfect residential place for working people as there is no issue coming late to home because of the high safety measures in the area.

The largest residential complex in the area, with a gated community close to the planned IIM Joka Metro station.Nice construction of homes with lots of parking space and good connectivity along with all the basic facilities available at one place are few plus points of this project. The well-built roads with street lights and CCTV cameras to ensure safety for the residents make it safer. The lush green park, jogging track makes you feel light and fresh. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night. You can also enjoy the green parks and all other amenities like swimming pool, gym, golf course, shops and it even have ATMs right inside.

Good things here
One should be inspired by the spacious , well designed flat and notably with South East open at 10th floor. Additionally all modern days amentias are available with surrounding very good cultural environment.
Things need improvement
There is nothing to dislike about the property or locality . Once the Joka - B B D Bag metro runs at full route then the prices will shoot up. For some un planned urgencies I am looking to sell this flat at this price else I would not.

Good things here
The locality is very good and well maintained. There is no crime nowadays. Cctv cameras active and security Guard available all the time so the flat is safe for you and your family. Local markers are available nearby so you can buy all necessary things easily. Streetlight available for every lamp post. The roads are quite good and cabs and bus easily accessible.

The roads condition is bad during monsoon and there is also need cctv cameras in lift . But It is not much necessary.

Locality maintenance is good and cleanliness is also good.There is a good school for the children, there is a hospital nearby which is a good thing.Local market is nearby with transportation service available.taxi and Bus stand is also available. electricity charges is normal and low power cut. water supply available every time.

The road has not been constructed properly at many places due to which there is a fear of accidents.Taxi drivers charge more to come here at night and taxis are not available quickly.CCTV cameras are not installed at many places.

I have lived here for a couple of times. it's very developed area. specially JOKA. is the hearth of this place. well lit area, police patrol good, restaurant and malls with hospitals schools all are around . low power cut, adequate water here.

It's a fantastic complex right on the Main Road with some fantastic neighbours. Durga Puja has been held on the property for the past two years. Ubers and Olas are readily available.

Everything I need is close by where I currently live, which is in a proper town. Schools, hospitals, police stations, markets, and shopping complexes are all within walking distance. I've been there for the previous two decades. During the day, there are several traffic congestion, particularly during school office hours. A lot of water accumulates when it rains. There has been a loss of life as a result of this. During the day, traffic is bad, and travelling between the two highways takes a long time.
