Good things here
In uttam nagar West I like Dayal sar road area. this Area is better than other Areas like Local Market, schools, Hospital, Metro station Are nearby . Auto are Always Available. in Delhi electricity Charges are low . Street lights are well lit. Neighborhood People are Good. I haven't seen any Crime in this area.
Things need improvement
Very Crowded area, High Traffic , Electricity Power Cut Sometimes. Roads Quality are Not good. Sometimes water Shortage Problem also occur.

Good things here
it is an desent place to live. there is big malls like unity one, shoppers stop, etc.restraunts present and easily accessible.regular bus stops and easily accessible to cabs and autos.there is regular supply of electricity and water.hospitals are there.school is present both government and private also in uttam nagar one of the most recognised institution like aakash,target pmt, vidyamandir are there.there are wide roads.
Things need improvement
roads are overcrowded with traffic jams. in rainy season some times there is waterlogging. hygiene is not good that is maintainence is required,lack of cleaniness.parks and district centre are not maintained.

Premium location with all living facilities available and accessibl including personal closed parking space for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler, private terrace - 2nd floor with roof right, good water and electricity connectivity, Gated community with closed residential space, at-hand distance to Schools, Hospital, Market, Metro Station and deliveries
Things need improvement
There are no negative sides except little bit traffic problem on Main road but it is resolved due to close Metro connectivity.

Good things here
Yes we have schools and hospitals and malls nearby our locality. Schools, malls and restaurants are at walking distances from our locality. Yes i completely feel safe at nighttime withing the locality. It is safe for children also to play outside at nighttime. Quality of roads are good and there is low traffic jams and no water clogging during monsoon. Electricity charges are fair enough we don't have to pay any rupee if we use less than 200 units. There are very few power cuts. Yes we have easily accessible local markets and malls nearby.
Things need improvement
Sometimes the walking distance to the malls and restaurants feel long as crowd and traffic forms at evening due to so many people coming back from their work offices so you get late to reach malls. Overall it is best locality nothing to dislike much.

Good things here
streetlight is available for 24hrs and automatically lit in night for walking post 9pm. and near by easily great school, mall and restaurant available so it's easier to avail. and cab/transport easily available because this place center of the main city.

there is nothing to dislike but if I would like to suggest then I will say that there should be cameras also lift. this is not required so much but still if it have then too good.

locality is well maintained.there is schools,hospitals nearby and also easily accessible to local market.road is also good to some extent.

the thing which i didn't like is there are power cuts during summer season amd sometimes it happens daily for 2-3 hours.and also waterlogging on roads during monsoon

Easy availability of public transport, nearby metro connectivity, schools and hospitals as unity one mall is near in this location, occasional power cut, and well maintained parks.
Things need improvement
However, the area is dusty as well. The streets are small in some places resulting in occasional traffic jams. Water quality is not so good sometimes.

Uttam Nagar is a good locality. It has good connectivity to nearby metro, school, market, hospital and bus stand. The school hospital market is walking and also the metro station is also within the walking distance.
Things need improvement
It's a bit crowded area in Delhi. If your house is close to the main roads, one can get irritated from traffic noise and other stuffs

Moreover, electricity charges are reasonable, and power cuts are infrequent, ensuring a reliable supply.
Things need improvement
On the downside, Uttam Nagar faces occasional crowding and noose issues, particularly during busy periods. Though efforts are made to maintain cleanliness, occasional littering is seen. Despite feeling safe overall, some minor crimes arde reported that too very few, neccessitating caution. Improved street lighting can enhance safety further. Despite these drawbacks, it is a good place to live in.

This place is good ...in terms of staying as a tenant as the price for 2 bhk is affordable with central Delhi nearby ,metro station near by and unity mall nearby ,also is that there are good markets and all posh markets and branded shop nearby ,all good hospitals nearby and also good schools in nearby janakpuri great public transport like DTC buses and metro and other services

The area is very clean and hygienic. The public transport facility is very good as there is a city bus always available. The cab and auto are also always available in the area.. There are enough well maintained parks in the area. There are many good hospitals in the area which is very helpful in case of emergency situations. There are good schools in the area.

It is nice locality wher metro station is 3-4 km away from my home. At main road there is coaching for students, shopping malls, restaurants,etc. It has also good street foods.

The pollution is very high in the area. There are frequent parking issues as there is limited space in the area. The police patrolling in the area is very poor which makes me feel unsafe at night.The public transport facility is very good

Most crowded area but it's a good place for living. It has well connected markets. When I lived before, I just drove 600 m for metro station. There are a lot of coaching center for studies. It was most affordable locality.

Good connectivity via public transport and cabs such as OLA, Uber, etc. Metro stations is 3kms away. Area has good hospital and other facilities such as restaurants, malls, etc. Except some roads and sometimes power cuts at night.

Uttam Nagar is a popular residential choice owing to the excellent connectivity that the place offers along with the 24x7 availability of public transportation and urban facilities. There is acute water shortage here which makes it very hard for residents to carry on with their daily lives. Roads and also ill-maintained and Uttam Nagar is a crime-prone area.

Uttam Nagar is very well connected to central Delhi and employment zones in Gurgaon. The only downside is the huge scarcity of water, which makes it a war to get water every time a water tanker comes here. Many Shopping malls are present here and there are some really nice hospitals and schools in this area.

Public transportation is very robust jere and residents can find everything they need here. The negatives are water shortage, unmaintained roads and high rate of crime here. The property rates here are very cheap which attracts many working professionals and middle class families.

Uttam Nagar is a popular residential choice in west Delhi due to its economical range of real estate. There are various shopping malls, local markets and theatres around this place. Uttam Nagar is a highly congested colony in West Delhi connected by the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro. It is located very near to employment, commercial and entertainment hubs in Delhi. Improper garbage dumping and scarcity of water is a constant issue here due to the overwhelming number of residents. Connectivity is good and this locality is best for mid-to-low income range individuals.
