Bore, Manjeera water available. Car parking available. Only for family. Auto stand is nearby and accessible. Cabs are accepted in this area. Since, there are less number of families in the property, water is not an issue.
Sometimes there are power fluctuations may be observed. Otherwise there is very little issue that can be observed here.

this is a great place I often go there to visit my relatives. we have nearby metro stations, malls, schools, hospitals and good schools. we can safely walk in night without any hesitation
it is costly for the tenants and little crowded places and apart from that i think everything is great

it's in center near to hi tech city and affordable living cost and very safe with low crime rate. nearby schools, hospitals available
nothing much to say but a bit far from main bus stops and need to use own transport or local autos and other private travels.

Pragathi Nagar is a popular area for affordable rental accommodation. There are good schools, hospitals and shopping options available in the area. There, however, problems of encroachment and illegal dumping of waste in the locality and the locality in not well maintained in terms of cleanliness.

There are several types of residential accommodation options available in Pragathi Nagar. The area is developing fast and has good schools, hospitals and shopping centres. Metro connectivity is good thus offering good conenctivity. The neighbourhood and liveability are both good.

There is rampant encroachment and dumping of waste in the area. There is metro connectivity and good road connectivity. There are residnetial projects with good quality of construction. There are IT and educational hubs also in the locality which lead to an increase in the demand of real estate.

schools and colleges are all nearby. shopping centres and local vegetable market is at walking distance. hospitals and healthcare is also available round the clock.civic facillities by the municipality is very good and well maintained

clean and green area with lots of parks for the children to play in. the good part is that there is little air pollution and the air is breathable. the green area are also available to the aged people .

healthcare facilities here are excellent and doctors are very good. the streets are well lit and the traffic is well maintained.though there is heavy traffic in the peak hours of the day and hence there is some congestion at office hours
