Good things here

a great area and has good streetlights which turn on after 6pm. there are few power cuts on Sundays mostly. the markets nearby have everything available from groceries to apparel. good school and hospitals are there

the area is good but the only thing I disliked about it is that there is water logging in this area during rains so it's gets difficult during rains

Rarely power cut in this area. easily assessible local markets. Safe area for Family and women also. Easily accessible transport. good locality. low traffic.

Stray Dogs are weak point of this locality. Very low density area. Sometimes power cuts happens. Road should be improved.

healthcare facilities here are excellent and doctors are very good. the streets are well lit and the traffic is well maintained.though there is heavy traffic in the peak hours of the day and hence there is some congestion at office hours

Lohegaon has the potential to become a major residential hub. Issues such as erratic water as well as power supply need to be resolved. There are good schools, shopping centres and hospitals in the area. The proximity of the international airport within the locality is a major advantage. Connectivity to highways and roads leading to the main city are good. The area is livable and the neighbourhood consists mostly of decent upper middle class professionals working in the IT and industrial hub nearby.

Proximity to IT parks, shopping malls, the airport and amusement parks are a distinct advantage. The area is developing and infrastructure is being developed slowly. Water and power supply disruption is a regular problem here. The municipality needs to pay more attention to regular maintenance.

many good schools and colleges are nearby. healthcare is not a problem as hospitals and clinics are all close by. waterlogging in our locality is a bit of a hazard during the monsoon season. very good doctors available .
