This locality is very well maintained. The house has been built very well. The neighbors here are educated and good. Good schools and hospitals are available nearby. Cab and public transportation facilities are good. Grocery store and dairy shops nearby. Street lights work properly and installed everywhere.
The road is not built properly and potholes at many places due to which there is a fear of an accident. During the rains the potholes on the road get filled with water. There are no good parks nearby.

Bhumkar nagar is very good for property as it is situated near highway. many school and college are near by it. JSPM, DY patil college is very near by. School are also very nearby. many good hospital also specialist hospital are situated in bhumkar nagar. Many malls are also near by easily accessible to online marketing
one thing is that it is present near high way so surrounded by pollution. but easily can go to dange chowk garden.

This location is heart of pune. One can easily go to metro stops in near time hardly say 5 min. Wide roads and connectivity to roads leading tobeast side pune os one big advantage. Wakad is developing but needs better infrastructire development. Public transport is not satisfactory and there are inner roads in the locality that are not well maintained. The area is safe at night but within the resdiential complexes only. There is plenty of greenery. Parking is a problem though this is taken care of in the residentyial complexes.
