Thoraipakkam is a good residential locality with good physical and social infrastructure. The area has good and wide roads with street lights on every road. It is also close to schools, colleges, hospitals and markets.

It is a clean locality with all the amenities nearby. The only concern we sometimes face is with the water supply which is not proper here. Other than that we also have been facing difficulty commuting due to narrow streets.

The locality has seen a good development in a less time, and all the needed shops like markets, grocery stores, pharmacies, salons and tailoring shops are all nearby. The locality also has bus stops, and autos and cabs are easily available.

The locality is good with nice amenities, and public transport. The water supply is good, but the bore water and drinking water seem a little salty at times as it is close to the sea. Otherwise, a nice area to stay with the family.

It is very close to some major IT hubs and therefore is also a home to lot of working professionals. It is a good place with several amenities nearby. It closeness to dump yard makes the air smelly.

The locality around my house is very quiet and peaceful. There is no hustle bustle unnecessarily and the place is very good to live. Only problem is that the markets are very far from here, probably that is why it is so quiet.

A decent residential locality which is close to the sea. The surroundings are really good and one can get fresh vegetables, fruits and even sea food at a cheap price here. Public transport and facilities are really nice.

Thoraipakkam is a new neighbourhood in Chennai. The neighbourhood is located on the Old Mahabalipuram Road, the area's original six-lane road. Thoraipakkam is linked to Chennai's IT corridor, allowing for convenient transportation. It is also connected to the GST road, allowing for further accessibility to the Airport road.
