Vegetable sellers are within walking distance, and there is a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a pool, a badminton court, a gym, and other amenities. Parks that are clean and well-kept for running and football. Axis Bank and Bank of India are both located in this area. There is a grocery shop and a medical store nearby. i am looking forward to move in soon.

There are two parking floors in the community. Because the society is located on a major thoroughfare, cars are constantly moving. Sound pollution causes distraction both at night and in the morning.

· This is a well-known neighborhood with a retail center and business buildings. There are no severe issues, however, traffic congestion does occur from time to time, causing walking difficulties in the evening. There are no malls close by, therefore we must travel to Kurla or Ghatkopar. All other aspects of life in Tunga are excellent.

It is a constructed site and, Vikroli and Kanjurmarg are the nearest railway stations. Sakinaka metro is about-minute walk away. This is where the Bombay Scottish School is located. Nearby is the Hiranandani Hospital. There is a nice football field, gardens, and a running area. The best bus connectivity is also fantastic. There is a bus stop within walking distance I will be happy here.

One of the prime location for living. Autos and cabs are easily available at this region. Broad and spacious road, no water logging on the road.Decent residence with good schools and hospitals. often police patrolling which make street safe for children during night time. great cleanliness low pollution rate. Also green spaces and low power cuts
The main problem in this region is water supply is inadequate and dense crowd which increases the population rate in this region. Also the sewage treatment is not so good in this area. Sometime the street is full of stray dogs which might be dangerous for pedestrians.

Good area the rent is good considering its an expensive area crowd is good no water shortage or powercuts schools and malls are present id suggest this flat for both bachelors and families
It does become unsafe after midnight for women.Or children to hang out and then The restaurants aren't that good if you want good food, you have to go at least 5 km away from the area. They're a good box.There are good parks and Play grounds for children to play.But they are also 2 to 3 km away from the area.And there's no good public transport available so that's a problem

There is a good school nearby where good education is given.The park is nearby. weekly market is also held nearby. Online grocery and food delivery service is also available here.Auto rickshaw, taxi are easily available. Bus facility is also available.
During the rains, the roads get filled with water and the electricity supply is also cut.There are potholes at many places on the road.Hygiene is not even taken care of on the road.

In my viewpoint, Powai is the best locality of Mumbai. The quality of roads in this locality is even better than others. There are great schools and hospitals built and no water shortage is faced by me till now. The electricity charges are also low and you will not face any power cuts in the area. I certainly feel safe with my family in this locality even during nighttime.
I have no problem in this locality I I get all the facilities and no issues related to water, electricity or pollution.

yes we fell secure her no here 24 hrs water and electricity supply CCTV surveillance security and lot of parking area people are decent .no crime happened here . people are decent, nearby schools ,mall, mandir and gym etc

It's great Powai is good planned residential area, plus the lake side is beautifully made, it is a little cooler due to hills around.If you have a business job around it L&T , Powai Bhadup or even Airoli etc it is a nice place ,few schools, good Shop , nearby mall etc awesome society And the good thing is you stay in your budget.
Here Road condition is not so good . Frequent Traffic jam.No Metro connectivit. Unhignice. but not a big problem a little Problem.Some time mosquito issue.

the electricity charges as per the government in this locality and their are no frequent power cuts in this area the street lights are also of well quality and or lighten up from 6:00 p.m. onwards and even you can walk on the roads of this locality till 10 p.m. and you will not face any of the danger there is no water shortage in this locality and easy accessible local markets and malls are also nearby. The transportation or cab availability with my neighbourhood is also good and you can get the cab or transport at any time you want

I moved into my flat in Powai Emerald Isle Tower 10 in Jan 2022. While the property is good however the management team is worst and completely unresponsive. The construction work related to new Towers just around Tower 10 is so noisy that it's unbearable. Also this work is carried out all 7 days round the clock despite my complaints to LnT Management with pictures and sound recordings on multiple occasions. We are spending sleepless nights since over 1 and half year. Also the dust generated is a health hazard due to which we cannot keep the windows open but still heap of dust gets generated in the all the rooms ever 2 to 3 days. These are real issues and want everyone to be aware of before getting into any of the LnT property. At least I learnt a lesson the hard way and don't have any option but to wait for some miracle.
