The ACE Divino project is located in Noida Extension, which is regarded for being a tranquil and secure area. The neighbourhood is home to a variety of schools, banks, hospitals, and ATMs, making living considerably easier than in other areas. The facilities both outside and inside the society make it more desirable. The flat's interior has left a lasting impression on me. Anti-skid tiles have been installed in the kitchen and bathroom, which are far safer than regular tiles. The balcony is enormous and has a spectacular view. I am willing ti live here with my family soon.

I went for a site visit to the place and can proudly say that i made the right decision investing in this project. I loved the way the property is building up into and the amount of exquisite work they have done around here. I persoanlly loved the area very much. I'm looking forward to live here with my family once they are done with the left over construction.

It is a fantastic place to call home for the rest of your life. It has a plethora of conveniences and features. It contains a gym, children's parks, a swimming pool, 24 hour security, and CCTV cameras, among other amenities. There is a metro station within walking distance of the community, as well as a bus stop. Markets are also in close proximity to society. A play school is located just a few blocks away. These well-designed homes provide an extra touch of luxury, resulting in a cheeky style of life that enchants us. I am very sure my family will be happy here.

ACE Divino is the epitome of what a ready-to-move-in apartment should be. I was blown away by how well-prepared the project was. When it originally opened, there was no construction going on. It is situated in Sector 1 of Greater Noida, in the centre of the city. The society offers a gym, a park, concierge service, a dining hall, and a swimming pool, among other things. It also contains a dancing studio, which is unusual. Our daily labour is much more efficient thanks to the piped gas service. The finest feature is the security system, which requires cards even to enter.

The close-by railroad stations, clinics, elementary schools, banks, and retail complexes are all within three kilometres. Private cabs like Ola, Uber, and Rapido are also easily available in this area. Police don't patrol at night. Bulls and wandering dogs constantly roam around the streets.

With so much greenery, it is an extremely clean community. Banks and shopping centres are close. There is a police station close by, making it quite safe to go out at night. Additionally, the nightlife is stunning.

If you want to live in the NCR and close to Noida and Delhi, this is a good neighbourhood to do so. There are many malls here, as well as private hospitals and schools. no close bus or metro connections in this area regular blackouts in the vicinity of a freehold property

The abundance of markets nearby makes it quite simple to purchase fruits and vegetables. Due to the abundance of restaurants and malls in the area, you can go out for a satisfying meal at any time of the day. The fact that there are often traffic delays close during school hours and due to construction is a major let-down.

In my neighbourhood, the connections for water, gas, and electricity are excellent. A kilometre separates the park from the stadium. In my area, there is wifi connectivity. However, several of the street light poles are malfunctioning. There are no available parking spaces.
