Good things here

Maintenance is fine, with no drainage and waterlogging issues in the society. Housekeeping people are doing a great job, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene within the premises. All the amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and playgrounds are present in the society.

Connectivity is not good as public transportation facilities are not available, necessitating the use of personal vehicles for commuting.We experience frequent power cuts and the quality of water supplied is also not good.There are problems with construction, although the administration is taking control of it, indicating efforts to address the issue.There is a lot of disturbance from nearby flats, and the people are not that cooperative

Good things here

The society isn't close to the metro, but there's good connectivity with Ola cabs available. Maintenance is excellent, with proper hygiene and daily cleanliness. Security measures include CCTV surveillance. As the society is small, there's no lift. However, construction quality is good, and there's minimal seepage. Management is efficient and takes care of everything properly. Amenities like the swimming pool and community hall are well-maintained.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Paintings are done on time in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. Street dog issues are not faced. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Parking space is available in the society.

Good things here

It is one of the best society and I would rate 4 out of 5 to this society. The connectivity was one of the best part of this society, public transports are easily available outside the society. There are nearby markets, malls which were available outside the society. Other facilities like club house, play area for kids are available inside the society. The maintainace of this society was good. The water supply and electricity was good, no issues were faced. Timely garbedge cleaning was done and hygine was maintained, society was always kept clean. There are no such drainage issues faced in this society. Basement parking is available in the society.

The construction quality is not that good as it's a very old society, it's almost 20 years old society, seapage and leakage issues are faced sometimes. Other facilities like swimmingpool and gym is available but it is very small, it is so small to have access.

Good things here

The hygiene facility is good in the society. Clubhouse, parking, cctv camera and others are available. People are quite friendly and festivals are celebrated together.The society has great public transport, metro is available nearby. Electricity and water supply is available for 24 hours and greenary is all around the society.

The parking area was not hygienic enough and water logging use to happen frequently in the parking lot. Sometines stray dogs enters inside the premises of the society which becomes unsafe for children.

Good things here

Auto cabs were easily available even though there was a metro nearby the society. The maintenance system was great in that society, and cleanliness was prioritized, making the society really hygienic to live in. The people there were really good, and all functions were celebrated together in the society. So overall, the social environment was really good, and I looked forward to it. All the amenities like swimming pool, gym, wrestling area, everything were available in the society, and everything was quite well maintained and fully functional.

Additionally, online delivery apps like Blinkit, Domino's, and Pizza Hut are not accessible, making it challenging to order essential groceries at times.

Good things here

Metro is just near and all the other public transports are easily available so the connectivity overall amazing no such traffice issue, Maintenance is upto the mark as the cleanliness, hygien is taken care by the Committee Members, issue resolution system is fast, though we rarely face any issue but if we do then it gets resolves quickly. Also Painting, waterproofing is done timely. Flats are constructed very goodly as they are spacious and ventilated. Swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area is there for the entertainment of residents. People living here are nice. Everything about my society is very great, this society is just amazing with all the things perfect.

Good things here

Best schools, malls, hospitals and restaurants are easily available in the locality. There are very low electricity charges and frequent power cuts in the area. We do not have to face any water shortage issue. Streetlights are well lit for walking post 9PM. Playground in the locality are always cleaned all the time.
