Good things here

There's a market nearby for shopping. You can easily get around the city from here. The maintenance fees are reasonable. There's a large gym for workouts. The security cameras are operational. And there's plenty of parking available.

Good things here

Maintenance quality of the society was fine with no water logging and supply issues. Cleanliness was also well maintained. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are provided. Construction quality was fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Residents were decent and cooperative. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. Paintings and renovations were done timely. There were no stray dogs related issues.

The connectivity around the soociety is good, maintenance team is active, lifts and other things are properly functional,All the shops for basic necessities are there in the society,painting of the building is done on regular basis,There are no issues like seepage regarding the construction quality,Playground and club house are also there.

I looked at this society for a rented apartment and found that their is no swimming pool, no markets, except for a small departmental store and many of the blocks are still under construction including the parking space. Despite these shortcomings, we went ahead to book a flat in H block 6th floor due to a positive vibe and what we thought was a decent owner but we couldn’t be more wrong.

During my time in the society, transportation facilities were excellent with auto cabs and metro services nearby. All amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were well-maintained and fully functional. The residents were cooperative, and festivals were celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community. Additionally, the security system was robust, with guards stationed at each entrance of the society.

Good things here

There is no clogging situation during monsoon. We do not have to face any water shortage issue. Patrolling cars are available at night that's why we feel safe in the nighttime. Streetlights are well lit for walking post 9PM. Great school, colleges malls and hospitals are easily available at walking distance. There were low electricity charges and frequent power cuts in the area.
