There is no water shortage in this locality. There are easily accessible local markets and malls nearby. The locality is well maintained and no pollution issues are there. Cabs are easily available in this locality and their a great schools and malls nearby.

Good things here

Here cabs and transportation facilities are easily available. Even the lights on the streets are smoothly lit. There are many good schools and parks available at some distance. Local market is also nearby

Sector 16 Rohini is no doubt a good place. it has all the required amenities at walking distance. cabs, autos, and trains are available at frequent intervals and this locality is quite safe due to effective police patrolling. Sector 16 Rohini is definately a great locality with good transportation facility and better safety facilities. there are adequate street lights on roads and police always patrols this place. The neighbourhood is quite friendly and the livability score here is also quite good. Transportation facilities are also great

This locality has great schools, markets, restaurants and hospitals. the neighbourhood is friendly and pollution here is also low. this locality is peaceful and quite safe for people even during night time. Connectivity is also great. However, properties here are very pricey

Sector 16 Rohini is good in terms of safety amnd property prices. there are many properties available for both purchasing and rental at affordable rates. markets are situated nearby. Healthcare facilities and educational facilities are also good. However, there are issues with availability of cabs and this place is not connected to other places

The area has well developed transport system. The nearest metro station is Rohini sector 18 and 19. One of the best engineering colleges is located in the area, and the college is known as DTU. There are multiple apartments available but the problem is that security the owners take many of the owners don't give back your security.
