Good things here

The cabs are easily available in this locality. There are even great schools and malls nearby. The locality is safe in night time also and there is no water shortage. Streetlights are also good.

The good thing about dlf phase 1 is that it is a well-developed region of Gurgaon and has become a brand in recent years, so everyone is aware of this location. The DLF Group built DLF City Phase 1 is an affluent Gurugram neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is located near Delhi on the main golf course road. It is almost 20 minutes from the airport Gated Community with 24 hour security. DLF is a well-maintained property with a safe environment, with a security guard on every street.

A good environmental location with natural tranquillity. All everyday necessities, such as dairy shops, kirana stores, and a vegetable market, are within walking distance. There are also shopping complexes, hypermarkets, and ambient malls. There are also good schools and institutions in the area. Pvt to all banks within a 3km radius.

Very well connected. It is well connected to Gurugram and Delhi, being approximately 14 kilometres from the centre of Gurugram and 33 kilometres from the national capital of Delhi. The apartments were built by the world-renowned DLF group and contain bungalows, row houses, villas, and large apartments. You may easily rent out our house because the demand is quite strong due to its connection, retail centres are a short walk away, and the best infrastructure and amenities are provided to Gurgaon residents.

The transition to phase 1 in 2016 was a blessing for my entire family. We enjoyed the site so much that we have kept our memories there ever since. We were so enamoured with the society that we just wanted to buy a house in that location, which we did in 2019, and our never-ending hunt for a home ended there.
