See no locality is perfect and even this one has flaws, with some basic civic worries at times. However, the living experience is great and you can also get great connectvity. Then there is the Tech Park and the industrial zones nearby and you realize why people still prefer this area for settling down with their families.

CV Raman Nagar comes with metro access and Tech Park where I work. So I literally spend a small amount of time going to work and can even come back to home for lunch before going to office again. Bought for this purpose and overall living experience is nice here.

CV Raman Nagar is nice overall and just some garbage problems at times. Indiranagar is just around the corner while the metro station is also nearby. This helps in commuting to office. The area also has other social amenities and comparatively pocket-friendly pricing.

CV Raman Nagar is the best of both worlds for me, i.e. affordability and prime living. I can access Indiranagar nearby and get its infrastructure available while staying at slightly lesser prices here in CV Raman Nagar with equally good connectivity. Win-win right?
