Good things here

lots of space in rooms and balcony there is nice view of sunrise from balcony...small garden for society members and small gym at top floor for free...2 security guard at main gate for security and monthly meeting of all society memers for all issue...lift are working very good and lots of parking space available...

not much safe for girls after 8pm as some of street light are not working at main road... cleanliness is not as good some members throw garbage at many places...power cut is also major problem specially in summer u need an inverter...other problem is mall and market for shopping as it is 5-10km awayso u need to book cab or take auto for that...

Good things here

Very close to sea shore. Wake up to sunrise every morning. Historic Marundeeswara temple near by.World renowned Kalakshetra institute within 1.5 Kms

Things need improvement

It is in Kuppam area, some amount of slum is there in the surroundings. Road width is not great, just 18 feet

I guess I am a lucky person that my office at the Tidel IT Park and my home are in the same locality! I can easily get to work and my childrens' schools are also not far away from the location. So I am leading a happy and contented life here in this location.

Very well maintained overall but potholes are an issue on some roads and some more work needs to be done to make this one of Chennai's top localities. But I will still say that I love staying here. It has almost everything you need.

Thiruvanmiyur has my heart for its charm and also for the great connectivity to so many IT hubs within a couple of killometres. Good connectivity to many places and all the basic needs are also accessible for us regularly.

This is a historic area in Chennai, since it has the city's first IT park and is also close to many other IT parks in the vicinity as well. I love staying here and feel that it offers a lot of benefits to my daily life. Glad I chose it a few years back.

The markets are quite close to the locality and whenever you are in need to buy anything you can just go to the market and you need not travel miles away. There are small shops spread throughout the locality as well.

The area is very safe to travel as low crimes are reported and police patrol the area quite frequent. The streets are well lit, there is adequate activity during the night. The locality also has quite a lot of parks where residents go for morning and evening walks.
