Sholinganallur is a locality in the southern part of Chennai. This locality has seen a boom in population and real estate over the last few years due to a growth a thriving IT industry in the area. Easy Access to East Coast road less than 1 km and to OMR Junction where the main metro is coming up,
Lot of green spaces
Peaceful and not crowded

Metro work at the moment but once completed value add would be more than the current traffic situation

Sholinganallur has become a prime residential area inm South Chennai due to the constant demand for housing from the IT hubs in the area. Road ocnnectivity is good and the airport is close by. The east coast road nearby is an attraction for residents.
