Good things here
Shifted 5 years back. Transportation connectivity was good with schools and hospitals being available near the society. Other residents were really friendly and cooperative. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available in the premises.
Things need improvement
Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, they found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However they noted that Maintenance quality was not up to mark.

Good things here
The maintenance of the society is really impressive; everything is taken care of on time. Moreover, there's plenty of greenery and open space throughout the society, enhancing its overall appeal and livability.
Things need improvement
Although there's no metro nearby, However, rest of the things are inline with the expectations.

Good things here
It is one of the best society in Ahemdabad. Transportation is easily available, society maintenance is good as we pay a heavy amount for it. Construction quality of the building is also top notch. All the amenities that a resisdential society should have are there.People are friendly despite coming from diverse backgrounds.
Things need improvement
All the things are good except for one thing that is there is an issue of stray dogs in and around the society.Something should be done about them.Also the facility of metro is not there as it is available only in one phase of the city.

There is a shopping complex in the society , the security of the society is quit secure , good , the market area are at reachable distance from the society

Good things here
Maintenance was good, with lifts and CCTV cameras installed and kept in good condition. All the amenities were available in the society. We didn't interact much with our neighbors or other people in the society. Festivals were celebrated together in the society. The best things about the society were the atmosphere and the greenery.
Things need improvement
Autos and buses were not readily available. Tenants had to pay extra for amenities. The society treated tenants differently from those who owned their own houses. There was a problem with seepage in the society.

The connectivity of the society is quit good like autos and rikshaw are easily available outside the society , the construction quality of the society is above average like there is no issue of ceiling and seepage in the flats , all amenities are there and well maintained in the society, the people are also quit friendly and coperative in the society

Although the society is quit well maintained there is no as such issue in the society regarding parking , traffic , cleanliness , ceiling and seepage

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. The society is peaceful.

Good things here
The construction of the building is great and same goes for the maintenance as well. the people living in the society were cooperative and friendly. there was enough greenery in the society and you can also get a taxi or cab nearby and aslo there all the basic amenities and supermarket was very near.
Things need improvement
Street dogs was one of the major issue there, public transport was not there at that time but is there now like metro is available now.

In our society, we have all the facilities like gym, clubhouse, security guards etc. Society is kept neat and clean.
Things need improvement
The main challenge with the society is that we do not have a direct access to the buses, metros, autos, e-rickshaws. Market are is also not near. We have to first of all travel to the main road to get some source of conveyance. Main road is 2kms far. Then another issue is with the construction quality of the society because we often find seepage, leakage issues within our society. Then all the facilities like gym, clubhouse are paid as well.

The society was excellent, with no issues regarding construction quality. Maintenance services were prompt and efficient, with low charges. Amenities like playgrounds, swimming pools, and gyms were well-maintained and available.
Things need improvement
The neighborhood had a serious problem with public transportation because there were no buses, auto or cabs around. If someone owned a car, it wasn't a problem for them, but if they didn't have their own vehicle, it became a major issue.

You won't have to leave the society for basic needs like grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, or anything else because practically all services are available here. At this location, booking a cab or public transportation is a breeze. This project features a lot of open space and flora in the surrounding area. It offers well-built homes, lush greenery parks where you can spend time with your family, and all of the amenities that are difficult to locate in one place. Within walking distance, public transit is abundant. Also, Security guards carry out their duties successfully.

It has Pre installed FTTH( fibre to the home) network. Hospitals, banks, markets, malls, movie theatres, schools, colleges, and other institutions are all close by, which is a plus for this project. There is no traffic, and you can easily book a cab or take an auto/bus from a nearby stand. Professional security is in charge of the safety aspect.

It comes with International standard cricket and football field with night playing facilities. Best place for the working professionals as the connectivity is very good at this location. Working parents can also be relived as there are many schools, colleges and institutions for the children. Asphalt roads with street lights and well developed parks are few things which cannot be ignored. Water and power supply problem is not there and you can enjoy the fresh air as there are lots of trees alongside the inside roads and pavements.

Quiet and relaxed project with plenty of greenery, excellent connectivity, and all facilities. Within the complex, there are grocery stores, a gym, a swimming pool, and ATMs. It has a clean environment and lovely homes constructed of high-quality materials. The roads, parks, jogging tracks are well planned and clean enough to motivate you to do exercise or go for an evening walk. There are shops, a gym, a swimming pool, an open area, and other amenities available inside. Safety is also good for the kids and senior citizens. No power or water supply issues.

It offers well-built homes, lush greenery parks where you can spend time with your family, and all of the amenities that are difficult to locate in one place. The roads are in excellent shape, and the houses are spacious and well-constructed. There are no power supply problems because they occur only when there is a severe problem; otherwise, everything is OK. It is well-connected due to the easy availability of cabs, autos, and bus services. All types of facilities, including as shops, chemists, gyms, parks, and swimming pools, are provided within the society, so there is no need to leave.
