Bus stand or metro is not far away, it takes 30 minutes to connect to be metro

Good things here
She is a former resident, used to stay 3 years back there. Now flyover is there so connectivity is good. Ola is available but metro was not there but metro was under construction. CCTV, security systems was very professional. There were 2 club houses.
Things need improvement
HCP water was problemetic, else no water issues. In villas there was seepage issue. Cultural weeks happen but people spend their time with their friend circle.Construction Quality can get improved, doors were not good as quality of material used in plaza was not that good as compared to villas.

Good things here
I was staying there in 2019. The metro was not nearby; the nearest one was 15-20 km away. There were no hospitals at that time. Cleanliness was amazing, hygiene was taken care of, and there were no seepage or leakage issues. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were very well maintained.
Things need improvement
I stayed there for almost 1-1.5 years, and during that time, no events were held. The owners were very rude with their tenants, and that's why I left the society. This was the major issue I faced.

Well maintained society having almost all amenities like Gym, Clubhouse, Swiming pool, Parking, Play area for kids Society. Market and shoping complex nearby to the society.

Metro and railway line is far from the society around 15 km away from the society

The maintenance is outstanding.Roads are very good. Market is near by the society. Society is safe at night. The neighbours are well educated and decent.

That society is one of the best societies in Delhi NCR. maintenance of the society was no doubt good and never faced an issue with the construction quality of issues related to seepage or water leakage. repainting and other things were done at the time. security facility was also good in the society. everything was available within the society itself like the gym, playground, clubhouse, and parking for visitors,. there was nothing that we could add to society. there were hospitals near the society. mall was a bit far but there was a market being constructed near the society itself. connectivity of the society is good public vehicle is easily available and the society is also connected with elevated roads.

Metro was a bit far from the society taking somewhere around 40 mins to reach to metro station. daily connectivity is an issue as the metro is a bit far from the society so you would first have to take an auto or cab to the metro station. which is very far from society 40 mins

Maintenance charges are high, with around 40% occupancy. Service quality is decent, but residents must provide materials. Maintenance staff are efficient but require materials for their tasks.
