Society maintenance is good. People of society are well co-operative. There is no issue regarding facilities. they have a cricket stadium in society.
Things need improvement
A bit of connectivity issue, metro is far away. There is also seepage/leakage issue in society building. Quality of drinking water should also be improved in society.

Society connectivity around public transport is available and not too far away, Naraina hospital is just walking from the society. No trash problem, seepage issue

Good things here
No power cut, 24 * 7 generator , Its on the main on the gt road, you can reach howrah or kolkata within 10 minutes. Maintenance charge is 2.5 sq.ft. Security is always available.
Things need improvement
I dont dislike anything, but there are always improvement of scope, and every quarter we have a meeting with the committee and share there plans or ideas

the connectivity of the society is good metro is near the society.people are very cooperative and friendly.

There is no cleanniness around the society.There is a problem of termites and seepage on the ground floor.

Good things here
She said connectivity accha hai society ka, auto cabs sab mil jata hai easily and she use public transport only. Maintenance mein garbage collection and disposal is on time, electricity supply is adequate. All amenities are there in society like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse & playground for children. People are quite friendly & helpful in society.
Things need improvement
The biggest issue in society is of the water quality here. There is hard & saline water. Municipality waalo ko kuch karna chahiye. Khaara paani aata hai jiski wajah se bathroom , kitchen ke utensils sab kharab ho rahe hain. Peene ka paani bhi kharab hai. RO lagwane ke baad bhi kuch fayda nahi hai. Apart from this, seepage ke issues hain flats mein & drainage issue also here.

Good things here
Auto, cabs mil jaata hai easily society ke bahar se. Cleanliness is good of society, garbage is collected & disposed on time. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, parks all are available. She said neighbours acche hain , we celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
She said metro station is quite far from society. Flats and building looking bad from outside, very old and tampered. Repainting and waterproofing required. Swimming pool maintenance is not done on time.

society ke andaar swiming pool ,gym,club house,play ground, parking space bohot achha hai. construction quality mai ventilation wagera proper dia hua hai and emergency fire exit bhi hai. neighbours bohot helpful hai and pet friendly society hai. garbage bhi time se clean hoti hai. transportation ke liye metro ,buses,auto,cabs easily avialable hai.

society ke andaar network ki bohot dikkat hai, jitni uppar floor mai jayenge network utni kam hoti jayegi and booster lagane ke baad bhi problemsame hai. society mai lift toh hai lekin people ke hisab se bohot kam hai, abhi 4 tower mai 8 lift hai lekin usse bohot rush hoti hai office time mai, toh har tower mai 3 lift honi chahiye.
