Good things here
One of the finest quality constructed buildings in the Marol area of Andheri East. It's a well-developed society with all amenities available within the premises. We have excellent parks where children can play, and a spacious clubhouse offering various indoor games facilities. Transportation facilities are easily accessible, with auto rickshaws, cabs, taxis, and public transport like the metro and local trains available 24/7. Additionally, the airport is conveniently located just 2km away from Vasant Oasis. There are also good schools and colleges nearby. The roads in front of the Vasant Oasis society are well-constructed, adding to the convenience of living here.
Things need improvement
As of now, there aren't any major issues here in Vasant. Occasionally, we face minor inconveniences like traffic jams and slushy roads during the rainy season, but these are common occurrences across the country. Overall, my experience living in Vasant has been positive so far.

Good things here
The society boasts good security measures, ensuring residents' safety and peace of mind. Conveniently located, with the metro station, pubs, malls, and the airport all within a 30-minute range, making transportation and entertainment easily accessible.
Things need improvement
My apartment, constructed approximately 3-4 years ago, is currently experiencing water leakage from the ceilings, along with rusting observed on the door borders. Despite lodging a complaint about these issues several months ago, there has been no resolution thus far. Additionally, the limited availability of gym facilities, with only one gym serving approximately 1000 families, poses a challenge. Accessing sports grounds or courts is also difficult due to their constant occupation. Moreover, the rent prices are considered overhyped compared to the amenities and services provided.

Good things here
Living in this area provides a strong sense of security, with CCTV cameras monitored by guards and the overall safety of the surroundings. The presence of parks allows children to play freely, while swimming adds to the enjoyment of recreational activities available in the community.
Things need improvement
One aspect I find inconvenient is the limited availability of auto-rickshaws. Since the building is situated a bit inside the area, auto-rickshaws don't frequently come inside unless they are dropping off a customer. This can sometimes make it challenging to find transportation when needed.

It's a vast community with a clubhouse, parks, swimming pool, gym, and walking areas. The residents are friendly, cooperative, and kind. There are various recreational options like spending weekends by the swimming pool, playing games, or enjoying a movie night in the theater. The ability to book the theater for personal use is a plus. The car parking system is efficient, and the overall structure of the place is well-made. It's considered one of the best places in Marol for a good and comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
Negative points are quite rare. The absence of nearby shops requires a 5-minute walk for essentials. There's a specific time allocated for playing within the society. The clubhouse is somewhat small compared to the society's size, and due to its vastness, finding an empty space is challenging. Additionally, there is some noise from roadside vehicles.

The society is exceptionally well-maintained and offers a variety of excellent facilities, including a swimming pool with a separate area for kids, a gym, children's garden, yoga center, clubhouse with indoor games, football and tennis turfs. The guards are well-trained, ensuring security. There's also ample parking available, and maintenance is top-notch. Additionally, the proximity to a nearby metro station adds to the convenience. Outside the society, there are plenty of vegetable and fruit vendors. Overall, it's a children-friendly society with a plethora of amenities for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
One of the drawbacks of the society is the presence of too many buildings, resulting in limited space and less greenery.

It is a good security community. The society has a lot of amenities. The clubhouse is equipped with gym, pool, badminton court, squash court, steam, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor play area. It is one of the best societies in Carol, Adhere East, Mumbai. ,
Things need improvement
There is a problem with leaks on the top floors during rainy seasons.

Good things here
The construction quality is impressive, and the neighbors are fantastic. Festivals are lively with lots of activities. The club and pool area are major attractions, offering stunning views from balconies and the clubhouse. Connectivity is excellent, with the metro just 5 minutes away, the airport 15 minutes away, and most shops nearby. Vacant Oasis is considered the most luxurious project in the entire Adhere East area.
Things need improvement
The builder promised two clubhouses for a society with 19 towers and 10,000+ members, but only one was provided. Additionally, the construction of an unplanned tower is blocking the view of phase 1 buildings, leading to resident dissatisfaction. There seems to be ongoing silent protests by residents opposing the new tower construction. It appears the promised luxurious features have not been fully delivered, causing frustration among the residents.
