Good things here

The serene atmosphere around the green space area offers a tranquil environment, distinct from the bustling Sohna Road located approximately 3 kilometers away.

Lot of green & open space

Things need improvement

1. Connectivity remains a major issue due to disputed land for the road connecting to Sohna Road, despite the main gate being supposedly made towards it. 2. Alternate roads out of the society are consistently in poor condition. 3. Difficulty in hiring cabs adds to transportation challenges. 4. High population density impacts the community. 5. Frequent power cuts lead to increased electricity bills from generator power usage. 6. Above-average common area maintenance/power charges. 7. Cautionary notes regarding proximity to high-tension wires, distant parking from towers, rapid construction pace potentially impacting quality, high footfall in lifts, and balconies facing EWS towers.

Frequent power cuts
Bad maintenance services
High maintenance charges
Cheap material used in walls

Good things here

The society offers a serene environment with abundant greenery and ample sunlight. The apartments are exceptionally well-ventilated, contributing to a comfortable living experience.

Lot of green & open space

Things need improvement

Apart from the lack of nearby metro connectivity, the society experiences high winds, necessitating the closure of windows to prevent the ingress of dust particles.

No parking spaces

Good things here

I recently had the opportunity to rent a flat from Jenoin Flats, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The flat was situated in a desirable neighborhood, known for its safety and accessibility. The building itself was well-maintained and had a secure entry system, providing peace of mind.

Things need improvement

However, one minor aspect that I dislike about Jenoin Flats was the parking situation. The available parking spaces were limited, and at times, it was challenging to find a spot. This could be an inconvenience, especially for individuals who rely on their vehicles daily. It would have been beneficial if there were more parking options or an assigned parking system in place.

Less open space

Good things here

M3M Marina, situated in Sector 68 Gurgaon, boasts a convenient location. However, the project lacks greenery, with only a few trees in the parks. Connectivity to the city is poor, as the roads around the project are long and rough. Additionally, transportation options are limited, with the nearest highway approximately 10km away.

Wide and spacious roads
Public transport accessible
Lot of green & open space

Things need improvement

Sector 68 is indeed a desirable locality with excellent amenities and connectivity. It offers easy access to prominent hospitals such as Park Hospital, Jain Hospital, and Artemis Hospital, as well as various banks including Federal Bank, IndusInd Bank, and Union Bank. The proposed metro station is just a 5-minute drive away, and it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach IGI Airport Terminal Delhi. Residents also benefit from nearby malls, multiplexes, business hubs, corporate offices, and renowned educational institutions like Royal Kids, Alpine Convent, Ashoka International, and government schools.

Good things here

The society is well-disciplined, and the residents are kind-hearted. The buildings are spacious, and the views from the society are impressive.

Things need improvement

Some minor issues occasionally arise, such as small drains on the road and cars parked in front of the gate, but they are not too serious.

Good things here

The M3M The Marina is situated in a prime location with luxurious amenities and modern architecture. The apartments are well-designed, ensuring maximum space utilization and creating a comfortable living environment.

Things need improvement

Some negative aspects of this place, in my opinion, include heavy traffic congestion, significant noise pollution from nearby busy roads, and a high cost of living, making it less accessible for budget-friendly individuals.

High traffic

Good things here

It's a well-planned and enjoyable society. I'm quite content here, and the residents are friendly and well-behaved.

Things need improvement

The absence of a playground is a significant concern that needs more clarity. It plays a vital role in the community and residents should be aware of this matter.

Good things here

The society is efficiently managed and maintained, offering all necessary facilities within its premises. External deliveries are prompt, typically arriving within 30 minutes. Tight security measures contribute to residents' peace of mind. Additionally, the beautiful swimming pool area provides a relaxing environment for families to enjoy leisure time together.

Things need improvement

The condition of the road outside the society is subpar, exacerbated by its location in Sector 68, which is quite distant from the city center. Consequently, Ola and Uber services are lacking due to the remote location. Improving the road infrastructure would greatly enhance the overall experience for residents.
