Good things here
Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse - that all are very good. Maintenance bhi theek hai, water & power supply acha hai. Neighbours are cooperative & friendly. CCTV & lifts are also there in society. Security department bhi bohot accha hai.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is average , public transport nahi milta hai paas mein. Construction quality bhi bas aisa hi hai, cracks wagera aye hue hain walls mein, paint utar gaya hai.

24/7 power water supply and backup avialble. kids playing area ,park ,swiming pool,gym all the amenitis sevices avialable.delivery person allow into the society.
Things need improvement
Metro and railway station are 20-30 minute away from society.maintanance team is not good they should pay attention towards society.

Good things here

Metro connectivity is an issue but cabs are available easily. Similarly autos are not available easily.,

Restaurants and hotels are esily available here, roads are very well connected, streets are having good light system.

Construction quality of the society is extremely poor sometimes i also faced seepage issues.

Good things here
Buses and autos are easily available outside the society. The swimming pool is really big and functional. Gyms and clubhouses are properly maintained. Each equipment in the gym is fixed immediately in case it breaks. People of the society are educated and well mannered.
Things need improvement
Metro station is 5 kms away from the society so the residents find it very inconvenient to travel long distances to reach there.

Good things here
I've had a positive experience in this society. The facility management is excellent, and the people, including neighbors and owners, are cooperative and helpful. The RWA is attentive to residents' concerns and promptly resolves any issues that arise.

Good things here
The security is reliable, and the club offers all the essential amenities. The management is satisfactory, although the maintenance charges are somewhat steep. Rental rates are reasonable given the society's quality and amenities.
