The amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are meticulously maintained, ensuring they are in excellent condition for residents to enjoy. Additionally, the maintenance of lifts is also commendable. The people residing in our society are wonderful, contributing positively to the community's atmosphere. Furthermore, we benefit from reliable water facilities, and security measures are top-notch, including the presence of CCTV cameras throughout the society premises.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings is not up to standard, with significant issues of seepage throughout the society. The buildings are approximately 15 years old, which may contribute to these structural issues. Additionally, hospitals are located at a distance of 3-4 kilometers from the society. It's worth noting that the flats are limited to 1BHK configurations.

The cleanliness of the society is commendable, ensuring a hygienic environment for all residents. The water facilities are excellent, contributing to the overall well-being of the community. Moreover, the society offers an array of amenities including two swimming pools, a bakery specializing in cakes, and a clinic with the added benefit of a physiotherapy service. The presence of these facilities caters to the diverse needs of the residents, including senior citizens who contribute positively to the vibrant atmosphere of the society with their presence.
Things need improvement
The metro station is quite distant, approximately 5-6 kilometers away. Additionally, there seems to be a lingering issue regarding pending painting work on the buildings, which has remained unresolved for the past 4-5 years.

Good things here
When i was living all amenties were available Gym.Clubhouse, tennis courts was there but i didnt visit much.The best part is that you feel very secured one can go for a walk inside at anytime & there was lot of greenery around.
Things need improvement
The parking outside the tower and below were very risky as there were moving cars all the time which could be dangerous for young kids.

Residents express great satisfaction with the community, highlighting its well-maintained facilities and vibrant atmosphere. Cabs and auto-rickshaws are readily available within close proximity to our society, ensuring convenient transportation options for residents. Moreover, we benefit from 24-hour water availability and power backup, guaranteeing uninterrupted services even during power outages.
Things need improvement
The roads are not adequately clean, especially in the vicinity of our society. Additionally, the railway station is quite far, approximately 5-6 kilometers away from our community. The walking areas are often covered in dust, lacking proper cleaning maintenance.

The best part of the society is that everything is availalbe within max 500 meters of radius of the society, sab kuchh aadhe kilometer mein available hai, market, shoopping complex, everything. all the reuired amenities are available within the society it self like gy, swimming pool, clubhouse, etc. never faced any issues related to construction quality and water or seepage issues.

Their are a lot of construction activities going around in the society or ourside the society so due to that their is a lot of polution both air as well as noice.
