Good things here
Autos and buses are easily available Infront of the society gate. Every cultural event being celebrated in the society. society is very much clean and gym and swimming pool is very well maintained. There is play room for kids. Security is efficient. Enough parking space is allotted for everyone. Residents are friendly.
Things need improvement
Overall all the things are pretty well in the society, it is just the maintenance should be more improved for the better functioning of society.

Good things here
Build quality was good as there was no issues regarding leakage,seepage,drainage,and walls were strong and fitting of the doors and windows were also good.Society was neat,cleana and highly maintained.there was 2 floor basement parking available for the residents.Security system was good and all the areas were under cctv survilance.
Things need improvement
Society was construted on little topward side and so there were no many facilities near by the society metro was 3km away from the society and railway station was 8 km away from the society but ola ,uber were available easily.All the modern amenities were available in the society but swimming pool was too small,gym was not well eqquiped,kids play areas was not there.power back up facilities were not available in the society.pesticides issues were there and not resolving even after doing pest constol many times.

It has been my home for a year now. The kitchen and bathroom spaces are ample for us. The living room is also wide. The balcony is also good. It is good!

The developer has executed this project excellently. The internal roads are good. Car parking is ample. The families of this community are also good. I am a happy resident of this project.
