The locality is well-constructed and maintained, offering world-class facilities nearby. There is ample parking space, along with 24*7 water and power supply. Parks and gardens are available for children to play in, and there are gyms and clubs nearby for recreation. Additionally, markets, shopping malls, and shops are conveniently located near this locality.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are exorbitant, and the maintenance services provided are unsatisfactory. Heavy traffic jams, especially during the daytime, lead to issues such as increased pollution and difficulty in finding cabs and autos. The best hospitals are located 5-8 kilometers away from this locality, posing a challenge in case of emergencies.

The amenities and greenery inside the society are well-maintained, with a reliable water supply. There is proper ventilation between spaces, creating a pleasant environment overall. The society is friendly and welcoming, making it a worthwhile place to spend time. The gym is well-kept and equipped with excellent equipment. The pool is a decent size and has a good depth.
Things need improvement
The construction is still ongoing but is expected to be completed within a few months. The second stage of the project is also underway. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the amenities have been temporarily shut down for safety reasons.

Good things here
Living in this area for almost 2 years now, I've found it to be a real deal, especially as I've been able to avoid traffic lately. The parks are well-maintained, and there are good food trucks around my residency. Parking space is more than enough, and security is tight, ensuring no cases of stealing or mischief. There are shops and a gym nearby, making it convenient. Overall, it's a happy place for newcomers to Bangalore.
Things need improvement
There are water supply issues in this area, and garbage disposal trucks often come late. Additionally, there seems to be a mosquito problem, possibly due to stagnant water. Dealing with these mosquitoes has become quite frustrating.

The society is impeccably maintained, offering a fantastic view and spacious 3 BHK flats. It's well-cleaned and maintained, with all the necessary amenities in place.
Things need improvement
As a real estate agent, my primary concern is ensuring the safety of my clients. Unfortunately, in this society, there are some cameras that are not functioning, which could be a drawback. Other than that, I have no other complaints about this society.

It's conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities, making it highly convenient. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-designed, and impeccably maintained, equipped with modern amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and high-speed internet. Additionally, the complex offers fantastic facilities such as a beautiful swimming pool, a gymnasium, a clubhouse, and a children's play area, catering to various needs for relaxation, exercise, and socialization. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Nandi Citadel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient living space in Bangalore South. Its location, amenities, and apartment quality make it an excellent place to call home.

Firstly, the apartment I stayed in was not well-maintained. The furniture was old and outdated, the kitchen appliances were not in good working condition, and there were several maintenance issues that were not resolved during my stay. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was also subpar. Additionally, the amenities and facilities at Nandi Citadel were lacking. The gym was small and poorly equipped, the swimming pool was not well-maintained, and the children's play area was not safe or well-maintained. The clubhouse was also not adequately staffed, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities and services offered.
