Good things here
The best thing about this society is that there's a metro station right outside the main gate.
Things need improvement
The only thing I dislike about society is the problem of water leaking from the ceiling of the floor above.

The most significant positive aspect of this society is that it caters to all age groups, offering a variety of amenities ranging from children to older individuals. There are well-designed walking paths and various activities available. Moreover, the society boasts excellent connectivity within a 2km radius, with several schools and hospitals nearby. Additionally, all essential needs such as vegetables and groceries are easily accessible. The society is well-maintained, with regular garbage collection and 24/7 water supply. The amenities are also well-kept, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, party hall, and indoor activities.
Things need improvement
This is a 10-year-old society that has some problems, including water leakage issues in the kitchen and expensive maintenance charges.

The Esta floor plan by Skylark maximizes space by making every room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony appear larger and more expansive. Senior citizens can also feel safe staying here because the neighbors are friendly and the entire society is equipped with security cameras and guards. The fact that all of the major schools, universities, and institutes are close by comforts the parents even more. Ola and Uber's cabs are punctual, bus stations are handy, and everything is within walking distance.

If you want emergency medical care or assistance, you will be relieved to learn that Aayug Multi Speciality Hospital, Davita Dialysis Center, and Apollo Pharmacy are all conveniently located nearby. A clean and tranquil environment with all of the contemporary conveniences and luxuries that are hard to get by elsewhere. The connection is excellent because the auto and bus stations are close by, and it is easy to get to adjacent locations at any time of day or night. It is handy for the occupants due to the optimal security preparations as well as adequate water and electrical supplies.

Skylark Esta's master design assures that these Hoodi Apartments are Vastu compliant, ensuring a happy atmosphere and delightful living for its occupants throughout the year. The public transportation system is excellent, and getting to the local railway station is simple. There are also markets, restaurants, and retail centers nearby. A beautiful podium garden with a well-kept walking path. There are security guards and a high level of safety. You won't need to go anyplace else because everything is within walking distance. There is plenty of parking, as well as green parks and a lot of vegetation.
