The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Hospitals are very near the society Proper power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all. The construction quality is best in the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. CCTV and lifts are properly functional. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house play area for kids are available and these are functional in the society. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available.
Metro station is under construction, it is not functional now. There are no impovrments required in the society as it is a new society.

Auto and cab services are available outside the society, and a large hospital is being constructed nearby. The cleaning is excellent, and there are no issues with water supply. The residents are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated together.
Sometimes during heavy rainfall, there can be issues with water logging. The market is a bit far from the society, so one has to go a little distance to buy vegetables and fruits. Overall, there are no complaints about our society.

Society is located on the main road ,so the connectivity of the apartment is big plus.All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional.Apartments are build new so build quality is great as of now.
This society is best among all other societies of wagholi,society is working very much smoothly and no other flaws in the apartments to dislike.

He said main before Covid rehta tha wahan, it was a good society to live in. Ola, uber jaldi mil jata tha. I personally used my private vehicle best tha woh because koi traffic nahi hai society ke aas paas. Saaf safai accha rehta hai society mein with timely collection of garbage. He said I live on 6th floor, waha toh koi seepage ka issue nahi hai, Ventilation accha hai flats mein. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, indoor games are available in society premises. Lifts are working fine, parking area is allotted. Mygate app use hota hai society mein which is nice.
He said the only drawback I felt in that society is that location thoda andar tha society ke. Public transport like auto, bus ke liye bahar walk karke jaana padhta tha.

The roads outside the society were in good condition. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. People were nice, and the flats were well-ventilated. Water was available 24/7, and both auto rickshaws and buses were accessible.
There were no modern amenities, and it was a standalone building. There was no fire exit, and parking had to be done outside as there was no parking within the society.
