This society is considered premium, offering all modern amenities and boasting good construction quality. While there's decent greenery and landscaping, it's limited by the lack of large open spaces. However, security and maintenance standards are high, contributing to a comfortable living environment.
One drawback is the narrow road leading out from the society, which can get blocked during peak traffic hours. Additionally, there's a lack of a substantial community shopping area, which might be expected in a premium society.

Tata Primanti is a wonderfully managed society with excellent amenities and a responsive management team. Residents benefit from a variety of facilities and enjoy prompt resolution of any issues that arise. Overall, there don't seem to be any major problems in the society, making it a great place to live.

Tata Primati flats and are pleased with the well-maintained, properly furnished rooms.
One challenge here facing is the lack of convenient public transportation options, such as nearby metro stations, which makes commuting a bit difficult.

The society has amazing facilities like a fancy clubhouse with a gym, swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, and even a rooftop restaurant. There's also a play area for kids, plenty of parking for visitors, a nearby play school, and a small shopping area.
Public transport isn't readily available, but there's a proposed metro extension along the SPR in Gurgaon masterplan, which could improve connectivity in the future. The FMS agency, JLL, provides quality services, but they come at a high cost.

The issue that I have faced is the revenue road which goes inside the property. Developer need to do something regarding it.,

The location of the project, being far from the city and inside Gurugram, can make it challenging to reach places, especially considering the distance to the metro station and the condition of the roads outside the society is not good. Additionally, having a power plant near a part of the society could be a concern for residents due to potential noise or pollution issues.

The lush green areas, along with direct connectivity to roads, provide a serene living environment. With 24/7 power backup, running water, and tight security, you have peace of mind knowing that your basic needs are met. The society seems to offer everything you could possibly need, including a supermarket, gym, club, sports room, AV room, and even a restaurant at the terrace garden. It sounds like a well-equipped and convenient place to call home!
The metro station being a bit far from the society might make commuting less convenient. Additionally, the noise from construction workers can be disruptive at times. Another concern is the absence of a hospital within the society, which might affect accessibility to medical facilities. Overall, while these issues may be present, they don't seem to detract significantly from the overall appeal of the society.

The society upholds Tata's reputation for meeting high expectations since its inception in 2016. It offers well-maintained clubs, indoor and outdoor sports facilities including badminton, cricket, and basketball, a swimming pool, and a children's play area, alongside a fully functional gym. To ensure security, entry and exit gates are monitored by RFID cameras to track vehicle movement in and out of the society.
The nearest metro station, HUDA City Centre, might be a bit far, the proposed metro station at Subhash Chowk could potentially improve accessibility. However, the cab and taxi services are reliable and efficient, which helps mitigate the distance to public transportation.

Great society with excellent connectivity, making commuting easy. The society is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with essential amenities like power backup, security, and a clubhouse. Having all basic amenity shops and even a salon within the condominium adds to the convenience. Plus, being just a 5-minute drive away from malls, hospitals, and other necessities makes everyday life even more convenient.
The only thing that i dont like about my society is the drains smell a lot..

The best societies in Gurgaon! With all facilities available within the society itself, including a well-maintained club and various indoor sports options, it offers convenience and leisure. The parks and outdoor sports grounds are also well-maintained, catering to different interests like cricket, basketball, and badminton. The operable swimming pool, along with a separate splash pool for children, adds to the recreational amenities. Plus, the excellent security provides peace of mind. Overall, it's a great place for children's development and ensures a high quality of life for residents.
The society has very high maintenance charges and rental prices, which can be a concern for residents. Additionally, the frequent traffic jams on the road outside, especially during monsoons, can cause inconvenience. The lack of nearby metro connectivity adds to the transportation challenges. Furthermore, the insufficient parking space within the society can be frustrating for residents with a high number of cars.
