Good things here

Living in Lodha has been a dream come true for me. The first time I visited, everything seemed perfect. The gym, the clubhouse, the library, the apartments, and the gardens are all well-maintained, creating an ideal living environment.

The connectivity of the society is very as it is located near the busy road and public transport is easily avaliable around the society, and hospital is within the radius of 2 to 3 km and there are shops in side the society where all the necesary items are avaliable

However, in comparison to Lodha in Dombivli, this locality offers fewer amenities. For those commuting to Mulund or beyond, the location is manageable. Nevertheless, Thane railway station, which is 40 to 45 minutes away, may pose a challenge for some. Despite this, the rates of flats here are reasonable compared to other properties in the area.

Lodha Splendora is a perfectly planned project located in Thane. A few issues are there like waterlogging in the rainy season and whenever it might rain there are some wet spots in the building that starts appearing and leaking. The construction is some area is not so profound so it can be upgraded i think. However, the amenities here are fine and working but are not updated and maintained nicely. They do have a gret park but the maintainance is poor. I like doing yoga in open air but the dirt and foul smell is killing me here.

The first thing I should say is that this project has a sense of security. It is the perfect escape from the city within the city at Lodha Splendora, located in Thane, where you will savor their spacious & ready possession 2 & 3 bhk homes with every leisure of a contemporary lifestyle at your command. The climate is pleasant and I like the blooming garden, multipurpose court, and open spaces. Run and jogging are fun at the beginning of the day. The network is greatly versatile and non-problematic and the environment is calm. The parking spot has an adequate amount of space.

Lodha Splendora is a perfectly planned project located in Thane. A few issues are there like waterlogging in the rainy season and whenever it might rain there are some wet spots in the building that starts appearing and leaking. The construction is some area is not so profound so it can be upgraded i think. However, the amenities here are fine and working but are not updated and maintained nicely. They do have a gret park but the maintainance is poor. I like doing yoga in open air but the dirt and foul smell is killing me here.

Conveniences are great with high quality, AC lounge room, and CCTV for every minute of the day, security, power reinforcement, mega 20,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, swimming pool, multi-purpose courts and ground, chess garden, Yoga and meditation garden, Tennis court, open-air amphitheater, reflexology path, and a lot more.
