Living in Lodha has been a dream come true for me. The first time I visited, everything seemed perfect. The gym, the clubhouse, the library, the apartments, and the gardens are all well-maintained, creating an ideal living environment.

Connectivity to Thane station is indeed a drawback, with a travel time of over 40 minutes and limited public transportation options, which can be inconvenient for those without personal vehicles. Additionally, the swimming pool is relatively small, and the high number of buildings may impact resale appreciation for investors.

The connectivity of the society is very as it is located near the busy road and public transport is easily avaliable around the society, and hospital is within the radius of 2 to 3 km and there are shops in side the society where all the necesary items are avaliable

However, in comparison to Lodha in Dombivli, this locality offers fewer amenities. For those commuting to Mulund or beyond, the location is manageable. Nevertheless, Thane railway station, which is 40 to 45 minutes away, may pose a challenge for some. Despite this, the rates of flats here are reasonable compared to other properties in the area.

One of the major drawbacks of this township is its distance of 12 kilometers from Thane station. This can pose challenges, especially for those who rely on public transportation, as autos may not be readily available, particularly during odd hours. Traveling to Thane station can take up to an hour during peak hours, making commuting a time-consuming affair.

Indoor games are available. 3 swimming pools are available for kids, teen agers and adults, basket ball court, tennis court are available. Lift is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.

A few issues are there like waterlogging in the rainy season and whenever it might rain there are some wet spots in the building that starts appearing and leaking. The construction is some area is not so profound so it can be upgraded i think. However, the amenities here are fine and working but are not updated and maintained nicely. They do have a gret park but the maintainance is poor. I like doing yoga in open air but the dirt and foul smell is killing me here.
