Good things here
Society me greenery kafi hai. greenery ke vajaha se bohot thanda lagta hai summers me bhi. society higway connected hai. society ka maintainace kafi accha hai kuch bhi lekage ka issue nhi hai. clenliness maintained hai. sare lo bohot ache se milke events celebrate hote hai. security kafi acchi hai.
Things need improvement
Clubhouse nhi hai us vajahase koi bhi chota mota fuction krna ho to problem hoti hai. society ke pass vale highway pr bohot traffic raheta hai. roads kafi kharab hai repare hone chahiye.

Good things here
The connectivity around the society was quite good, with amenities like D-Mart, restaurants, and other facilities nearby. Public transport, including auto-rickshaws and cabs, was readily available. Maintenance was good, with timely cleanliness and power backup, preventing any issues during power cuts. The maintenance charges were reasonable, and the services provided were satisfactory, considering the charges. The environment was pet-friendly.
Things need improvement
Due to the old construction of the society, there were significant issues with seepage. Limited amenities were available due to the age of the society, and the drainage system of the building had problems, leading to waterlogging during heavy rains. Improvement in these areas was necessary. Additionally, parking space was slightly insufficient compared to the number of flats, so there should have been more parking space available.

Good things here
Auto, bus bilkul pass me mil jati hai vo ek plus point hai. Pine ka Pani 2 baar aata hai, utility water 24*7 available hai. Society clean hai. log bohot acche hai. Sare bade festivals jaise Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri ache se celebrate hoti hai. Security achhi hai apps use hoti hai visitor entries ke liye.
Things need improvement
Ghar me bilkul bhi dhup nhi aati hai din ho ya raat ho pura time light laga kr rakhna padata hai. Thoda bohot leakage ka issue hai. Thane station se bohot dur hai society, agar aap ko travel krna hai to aap ko 120rs daily lagenge hi. Agar bus se aao to 7 baje bus me baitho toh 9 bje bus pohochayegi ghar traffic ke vajaha se. Family life kuch bhi nhi milti hai yaha pr trafic ke vajaha se , din ke 4hrs traffic me hi jate hai Parking nhi hai bahar gadi lagana padata hai. Amenities ke naam p kuch bhi nhi hai.

Society ke pass me hi 200miter walking distance pr bada Dmart hai, bus stop, auto stand sab pass me hi hai. humare building me 24*7 pani available hai. proper cleanliness maintaina hai. construction quality kafi acchi hai.society me sare events acche se clebrate hote hai. jaise navratri ganpati. navratri me 9 din pure garba hota hai. society me entry and exit ke liye do alag gate hai. waterpark just 1km away hai. 2 engginering college hai pass me hi. society me 1 bada and 3 chote gardens hai kafi clean hai. closed balcony hai flats ke liye.

Metro ka kam cam chalu hai us vajaha se trafic ka issue hota hai. kuch buildings me pani ek bar morning me and ek bar evening me hi ata hai. society me kuch bhi morden amenities like gym swimmng pool club house nhi hai.

Good things here
This society is located on main road due to which connectivity in regards to local transport and any kind of essentials are easy to approach.Owners has allocated parking space in the society.All the festivals are celebrated in the society.Construction has become old still there are no issues regarding construction in the society.
Things need improvement
Railway station is 10 km away from the society.There is no visitors parking in the society and there are huge traffic issues around the society.There is no amenities in the society only one small club is there

The society was located directly on the main road, which was a highway, so there were never any connectivity issues regarding access to the market.
Things need improvement
The old society was not well-maintained, and cleanliness was not a priority. Due to its old construction, there were always some issues in the bathrooms and kitchens. Construction work was constantly ongoing on the service roads. The block where I lived was quite old, and as a result, there were no facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse. Power cuts were frequent, and the watchmen were not helpful at all; we had to manually turn on the power backup in our flats. We also had to fetch drinking water ourselves.

Good things here
The society is clean, and the residents are very nice; everyone comes together to celebrate festivals. Auto rickshaws and buses are easily available nearby.
Things need improvement
The society is 25 years old, so there are a lot of issues with leakage and seepage. There are no modern amenities available. The water supply is provided by the BMC, so sometimes there are issues with water when the supply from the BMC is low. Metro and local railway stations are not nearby.
