There are plenty of park areas for various events and casual gatherings. The society is equipped with CCTV surveillance and guards at the main gates and every block, ensuring a secure environment, even during late-night walks. The flats are well-built, offering a pleasant view, and the location provides easy access to the metro (500 meters away), bus stop (300 meters away), and nearby shops and provisions. Overall, the society boasts excellent facilities and provides a wonderful living space.

The people in the society, a majority of them, are intolerant to pets, leading to numerous rules, regulations, and restrictions that can be annoying for pet owners at times.
