Good things here
Society is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. people are very cooperative and celebrate all festivals. all local transport is nearby, school, collages, malls, restaurants are at walking distance. security is properly organised. visitors have special visitors parking. society has power backup for whole building. no construction related issues. all modern amenities are present and well maintained. Water supply is for 24*7.
Things need improvement
Due to construction work, there is air pollution issue. sometimes there is issue of power cut and traffic issue, in monsoon season there is water logging on the main road.

Nayi management team sab kaam bohot acchese kr rahi hai, choti choti chijon ki taraf dhyan de rahi hai. abhi humare society ke samne hi naya auto stand banaya gaya hai, connectivity bohot acchi ho gayi hai. sari modern amenities like gym , swimming pool, play area , garden sab hai and well maintained hai. pani 24*7 available hai. power backup pure building ke liye hai. sare celebrations achese hote hai. flat me koi bhi crack ya leakage nhi hai. log bohot ache hai . security acchi hai.

Society ke piche ka road bnana jarui hai vaha pr school ke time pe bohot traffic hota hai. society ke pass monsoon season me water logging ke vajahase bohot traffic jam hota hai. kbhi kbhi power cut hota hai.

Good things here
Locality was really good like local transport were easily available in the society.Security staff was there at the entrance.All the modern amenities are present in the society and everything is fully functional.Spacious allocated parking for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
This society is not under cctv survilance which is unsafe during nights specially.There were leakage,seepage issues in the apartments.

A lot of lush green gardens can be seen inside the complex, which has excellent architecture. In addition to having a sizable joggers park close by, the complex is noise-free. Location, a lovely society, closeness to the airport, Kalyani Nagar, a gym, a football field, and a basketball court. Very close to the airport, yerwada, Viman Nagar, and Kayani Nagar. Excellent location.

The location is the key USP. It has excellent access to the city's other areas. Thus, it has become a popular location for everyone. There are several large, beautiful green gardens inside the complex, and the construction is excellent. The complex has a sizable joggers park close by and is free of noise pollution.

Excellent location, close to Yerwada, Viman Nagar, Kayani Nagar, and the airport. When you first visit, society is very opulent and has a resort-like appearance. One issue is seepage and cracks in several basement sites from old lifts. Very great neighbourhood overall.

Location, lovely society, closeness to the airport, Kalyani Nagar, gym, football field, and basketball court. Excellent location, close to the airport, yerwada, Kayani Nagar, and Viman Nagar. When you first enter, society is quite opulent and appears to be a resort.
