Connectivity was good, with well-built roads, and essential facilities like schools and hospitals were nearby. I didn't face any major issues regarding construction during my time there.
When I was there, the society was under construction, so there were limited amenities available, Occasionally power cuts would occur, but overall, the infrastructure was improving.

I use my personal vehicle to travel everyday. School is oppiste to the society at the walking distance, no hospital are nearby the society, market area is at the walking distance. Garbage disposal is done on timely basis.
Construction quality is the worst thing because the walls are made up of sand not cement. There is a leakage/seepage issue in the individual house and buildings, All the Amenities like swimming pool, Gym and clubhouse are available in the society premises but none of them works. Maintenance is the big issue and it should be resolved. There is no public transport like buses, E-rikshaw, autos are rarely available nearby the society, I am not socially active with the niegbors and festivals are not celebrated together.

With an efficient drainage system, waterlogging problems are non-existent. Hygiene standards are diligently upheld, with regular garbage collection and pest control measures in place. Residents benefit from basement parking, functional lifts, and a reliable security system comprising security guards and CCTV surveillance. Furthermore, the society boasts good construction quality, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Balconies provide additional space, while amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse are properly maintained and fully functional, enhancing the overall living experience.
The society's location is convenient with easy access to public transportation options and essential amenities like market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants nearby. However, there are no malls in the immediate vicinity, and a gym is not available within the society.

Various amenities such as full power backup, a swimming pool, clubhouse, and lifts contribute to the residents' comfort and convenience. Maintenance facilities are commendable, with daily cleanliness routines and a robust security system ensuring the safety of the residents.
The build quality initially faced challenges with leakage and seepage issues, which were eventually addressed by the energy committee, resolving the problem for the time being. However, the gym facility in the society was not satisfactory, as it lacked proper equipment and eventually had to be shut down.

The housing society is located in a prime location. There are local markets in front of the housing society gate. The project also has a swimming pool and club facility. There is well-connected transportation like the metro, buses, etc. It also has a cycling tract. The property includes a high maintenance charge.
