The clean lifts contribute to a pleasant environment, and the presence of CCTV surveillance enhances security within the society. Additionally, the friendly neighbors add to the overall sense of community and comfort for residents.
Things need improvement
It's noted that there are no shops within the society, which could inconvenience residents. Regular cleaning of the lobby area is essential for maintaining hygiene and aesthetics. The occasional malfunction of the lift power backup is concerning and should be addressed promptly for residents' safety and convenience. Additionally, the addition of a swimming pool could enhance the amenities and leisure options within the society.

This new society is like a breath of fresh air, meticulously maintained and beautifully designed. With security measures like CCTV cameras and guards, it feels safe and secure. The abundance of trees and plants around the buildings adds to the pleasant atmosphere, providing fresh air and a green environment. Each apartment is well-ventilated, making it comfortable to live in. For those who love sports, there are facilities for cricket, lawn tennis, and squash. Although the swimming pool hasn't been used yet due to COVID-19, it's quite impressive, spanning almost 60 to 70 feet. The society has made it easy for residents to get fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers by partnering with vendors who visit daily. There's even a BB instant machine for quick purchases. Residents come together to celebrate important festivals, organizing events that everyone can enjoy. And for the kids, there are special events where they can showcase their talents. Overall, it's a great place to live, and I'd highly recommend it.

Its prime location makes it easily accessible, being within walking distance from Embassy Tech Village and several other tech parks in Kadubeesinahalli and Bellandur. Completed in 2020, the society boasts greenery on three sides, enhancing the natural ambiance. Families residing in Rohan Iksha have the convenience of numerous schools nearby, ensuring accessibility to quality education for children. The construction quality of the complex is commendable, providing residents with durable and reliable infrastructure. Overall, Rohan Iksha offers a comfortable and convenient living environment for its residents.
