The approach road requires repair work to address current issues. Unfortunately, the lack of metro connectivity is a drawback for residents seeking convenient transportation options.

Residents find the maintenance costs to be excessively high relative to the amenities provided, especially considering the absence of facilities like a gym or jogging track. The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) is perceived poorly, and there's a lack of dedicated guards for each tower. The reasons behind the high rent despite these drawbacks are unclear.
The commute options are not satisfactory, making it challenging for residents to travel easily. Moreover, residents feel that the maintenance charges are disproportionately high compared to the facilities provided.

Tulip White has a very good committee, with no parking problems and satisfactory amenities. It's a children-friendly area with a designated play area, and there's also a grocery shop within the society. The overall cleanliness of the society is well-maintained.
There are power cuts in this area, and the apartment is constructed in an older model. It lacks a modular kitchen and modern bathroom amenities.

The gated community is well-managed, ensuring good security. Overall, it's rated 7 out of 10, mainly because of the lush green surroundings, providing a pleasant balcony view from our tower.
The construction quality poses some issues in certain areas, and the Residents Welfare Association (RWA) is not considered good.

The cost of living in the society is budget-friendly, and the connectivity is excellent with access to metro and cab services. The security is well-maintained by a dedicated security company, and the location is advantageous being near a market.
If you appreciate nature, this may not be the ideal place for you. The apartments are not fully furnished, but it's manageable. The space in the apartments may not be very large but is sufficient for a family of three adults.

T's an overall good society to live in. It features lush green playgrounds and well-maintained amenities like the swimming pool and club.
A downside is that the construction quality of the buildings is not perfect.

The society has much to offer in terms of events, cleanliness, and greenery. The clubhouse is well maintained, and there are no issues with car parking, electricity, and other amenities. The management is efficient, and the security system is up-to-date, ensuring the safety of your loved ones.
The construction style is outdated, and there is an issue with plaster in the society. The fittings are not of the highest quality, and the pre-fitted chimneys don't work well. Occasionally, there are problems with garbage management on some days.

The society is well-maintained, and the staff members are good. It provides a secure environment for my family. Everyone is supportive, and there is an excellent amount of sunlight entering the flat.
There is only a one-way road, so you have to make a full circle around the society to exit. Additionally, there is not enough playground space for activities, and there is no nearby market within walking distance.

It's a good society with ample open space, greenery, and the presence of a temple within the society.
The construction quality is very poor, with significant seepage issues. There's a problem with the slope of bathroom floors, causing water to flow into the bedroom. During rain, water enters the room from the balcony and alley into the drawing room.

Connectivity like markets,malls,school,colleges all are there. people are good. construction is good.
