Good things here
There are multiple parks available, along with well-maintained playgrounds for people of all ages to enjoy. The park maintenance is excellent, contributing to the lush greenery in the society. Nearby shops within the society make it convenient for residents, and there are easy cab and auto services available. The roads are clean and clear, with daily cleaners ensuring cleanliness. The architecture in the area is also beautiful, adding to the overall appeal of the neighborhood.
Things need improvement
It's disappointing that there are no club facilities or nearby gym, along with limited parking space, causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, the absence of swimming facilities and poor public transport, including lack of nearby metro connectivity, are major drawbacks. Frequent seepage issues and high maintenance charges further add to the list of concerns faced by residents in the society. These problems make it challenging to fully enjoy living there.

It's great that the society is cleaned by workers 2-3 times a week, ensuring a tidy environment. The abundance of greenery adds to the beauty of the surroundings. The basement parking is well-maintained and convenient. The lack of noise within the society is also appreciated. Having a good gym and reliable power backup further enhance the amenities available to residents.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charge is exorbitant, and the owners' attitude seems demanding, expecting more than just the EMI amount from tenants. The rent is unreasonably high, considering the lack of justification. Connectivity is also poor, as the society is 1 km inside from the main road, with no nearby shops or amenities available. Seepage and water leakage issues are prevalent, and the abundance of greenery attracts mosquitoes and other insects. The absence of nearby schools or offices adds to the inconvenience, and the metro is located 4 km away, further limiting accessibility.

Located in the upscale neighborhood of Vicar West, this high-class society boasts a stunning view of Vicar from its 14th-floor vantage point. The society's management staff is excellent and supportive. The first floor features a well-maintained play area and garden, offering ample space for activities like box cricket.
Things need improvement
While BMC water supply was initially a concern, it has improved, providing one-time water supply now. However, there's a lack of public bus transportation from the society to Vicar railway station, and auto fares are slightly on the higher side, especially in Vicar West.

Greenwood Regency is an excellent society to reside in, offering all necessary amenities. Its proximity to Cipro and other IT companies is highly convenient. Additionally, its location near Scraper Road facilitates easy travel to various destinations.
Things need improvement
The roads in the area are not up to the mark, which can be inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the maintenance charges are a bit on the higher side.
