The connectivity is excellent, with nearby supermarkets, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. There's 24/7 water supply, sturdy walls, and a friendly community. A security system is maintained, with painting conducted every 5 years, fostering a family-like atmosphere with reasonable rent.

Pollution issues require attention and improvement measures to mitigate environmental impact and ensure a healthier living environment for residents, emphasizing the importance of sustainable practices and pollution control initiatives.

Good things here
The society features well-maintained roads and an outstanding security system with CCTV cameras and security guards, fostering peace. Construction quality is impeccable, and connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, shopping malls, and schools. Maintenance is top-notch, with no water or power cut issues.
Things need improvement
Drainage issues primarily arise during the rainy season, necessitating attention and improvements to prevent flooding and ensure proper water flow, enhancing the overall functionality and safety of the area.

Good things here
This is a small community consisting of around 10 houses. There is a metro station approximately 500 meters away from the community, and maintenance facilities such as cleaning and regular garbage collection are provided. Amenities like parking and one lift are available for residents. The society is well-connected due to its proximity to commercial areas.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this community around 2 years ago, during my time there there were some minor issues like small cracks in walls due to the building being a bit older.

Improvement is needed for the road as it is narrow, posing challenges for traffic flow and pedestrian movement within this society.

Good things here
In our society we have lots of plants and trees. People come regularly to pick up our trash and paint our houses. Rent is not too expensive, and everyone is nice, and we like to have parties together. We also have cool things like a swimming pool, a place for kids to play, and a gym.
Things need improvement
Residents on the ground floor of the building experience poor ventilation, posing discomfort.
