Location of the society is one of the great aspect for anyone as metro station is at just 5 min drive. Market and mall nearby well infrastructure well maintained

A railway station is constructing near to the society so it creates so much traffic in front of the society. Conjusted road causes heavy traffic Jam

All facilities are there like fym, swimming pool , play ground are available in this society .people are friendly .

Coneectivity is not good all public transport like auto,cabs,metro are not easily available . construction quality kharab hai plaster quality needs to be improved . maintenance like hygiene and cleanliness better hosakta hai . on rainy roads are loging with water .

Good things here
Daily use shop inside the society, Swiming pool, Gym, clubhouse, parking area all the amenities inside the society and maintened. Peoples are good.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is pathetic maintenance team is not working on anything if we raised any complaint against anything they have only single solution bring new item like if flush,shower is not working replace with new one. Termte and leakege issues at every second flat.

Good things here
Metro station is available, being 5-6 minutes away. Public hospitals are nearby. Two schools are nearby. Maintenance is taken care of with CCTVs and elevators installed. Problems are resolved by home maintenance timely. Amenities like gym and swimming pool are available. People are mostly friendly.

Some seepage and leakage issues are there in the society.construction qualoty is below average.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is on the main road. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the corridors. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The roads are narrow for which traffic issues are faced sometimes. The society is not always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. The sweepers are assigned for their works but they don't work properly. Security guards are very rude and they don't work properly. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Water logging issues are faced inside or outside the society specially during rainy season. Drainage system is not good in the society. Paintings are not done on time. The constructuion quality is poor in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Pest control is not done on time. CCTV is not installed in common areas.

People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced.

The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, buses are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is far from the society, it's about 3 to 4 kms far from the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Inside premises and outside area of the society remains dirty all the time.

People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is available. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly.

Railway station is just by the society for which noise pollution is faced a lot.

Good things here
Maintenance quality near the society is satisfactory. Transportation connectivity is also fine as market areas are easily accessible nearby. Construction quality is fairly good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The residents are friendly and cooperative. All the festivals are celebrated together and grandly.

The society is providing all facilities required for a good living, thus, no such dislike found

Good things here
The connectivity is good because hospitals, schools, and markets are nearby, and in case of emergencies, one doesn't have to travel far to reach a hospital. Amenities are available, and there's also a metro station nearby. The people in the society are nice, friendly, and helpful.
Things need improvement
The society isn't very good, just okay. There's a significant issue with cleaning as it's not done properly, and regular painting of the buildings isn't carried out. There's a lot of plaster peeling off in many places, and the nearby roads are broken, affecting the society. Although amenities are available, they're not well maintained, which is the main issue.
