The maintenance of the society is above average ,the neighbours are good , helpful in the society

There is a issue of seepage and ceiling in the society, there were no amenities like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool but park was there in an average condition

Nearby the society, there are numerous malls and hospitals, ensuring convenience. Maintenance is top-notch, and security measures, including surveillance and presence of security guards, are robust. The build quality is excellent, with no concerns about leakage or seepage. All essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym are available and well-maintained. The community actively participates in events and celebrations, fostering a cooperative and helpful environment among residents.
Things need improvement
So far, I haven't encountered any issues in the society. However, I believe the process for raising complaints could be more transparent and expedited for better efficiency.
