Good things here
It's a gated community with excellent amenities, including CCTV and security guards. The Gate app ensures strict monitoring of outsiders. The society boasts abundant greenery, big trees, and various amenities like a playground, clubhouse, swimming pool, and more. Public transportation is conveniently located around 5 meters away. Inside the society, there are facilities like a medical shop, departmental store, and laundry. Restaurants are also nearby, within 5 meters. Proximity to IT companies like Cipro, Infosys, etc., is within 1 KM. The flat layout is well-designed, offering good ventilation, a balcony for each flat, and spacious rooms.
Things need improvement
The bathroom fittings are not up to the mark, and the metro connectivity is a bit far from the society. Additionally, there is limited parking available for outsiders.

Good things here
Agarwal Lifestyle is situated in Vicar West, considered an excellent residential location. It's part of the expansive Global City, boasting well-constructed and well-maintained societies. The parking areas are systematic, and in the vicinity, you have convenient access to Big Bazaar, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, and other restaurants. The distance from the station to the society is around 7 to 10 minutes by auto or cab. Overall, it's deemed a great location for families.
Things need improvement
There are two drawbacks: firstly, no VVMC water connection, requiring residents to buy mineral water for drinking. However, the local municipality plans to provide a connection within the next year. The second issue is waterlogging in some areas during the rainy season, but it's expected to be resolved within the next year, with no major problems currently.

Good things here
I'm absolutely impressed by the construction and design of both the house and the entire society. It's incredibly modern, and having a mall nearby adds to its appeal.
Things need improvement
There aren't many negatives to mention. Currently, there's construction happening nearby, but it's expected to be completed by the end of this year. Overall, the positives far outweigh any negatives.

Good things here
It feels like living in lush green gardens, next to DPS World School property. It's an awesome place for families to live and spend time with their loved ones. Happy living.
Things need improvement
There are no negatives, offering a peaceful and serene living experience. With home within close vicinity and the Gurgaon Expressway expanding significantly, commuting is no longer a problem.

Good things here
The building, standing 21 floors tall, boasts sturdy steel construction that ensures safety even during earthquakes. The premises feature a lovely garden for kids to play, along with parking facilities for both residents and visitors. Additionally, two guards are responsible for security at each premise. Regular water supply is also provided within the premises.
Things need improvement
The only concern is that reaching public transport requires traveling some distance, and unfortunately, vegetable vendors are not allowed within the premises.
