This society is a gem, situated in a fantastic location. It boasts a clubhouse, swimming pool, and excellent security measures. What's more, they have their own sewage treatment plant and provide PNG gas. Residents also benefit from having a shop within the society premises and ample parking space. The area is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks, with no congestion to worry about.
Things need improvement
Public bus transport isn't readily accessible, and there might be sewage treatment plant noise in certain areas. Additionally, there could be weak network signals indoors, affecting data quality. Since the location is on the outskirts, residents may find themselves needing to travel longer distances to reach various destinations.

As far as I'm aware, there aren't any major issues. However, the road quality outside the property isn't very good.

It's conveniently located with easy access to major tech parks, positioned between Bellandur and Electronic City. The construction quality is top-notch, with the towers strategically designed to ensure ample ventilation throughout. Each tower is situated at a different corner, maximizing airflow. The area surrounding the apartments features various renowned builders. Additionally, there's a supermarket and salon within the society, while all other amenities can be found inside the clubhouse.

The community offers excellent amenities, especially since it's newly built. There's a dedicated play area for kids, a spacious gym, and plenty of walking paths for residents to enjoy. Parking is ample, with large slots available. Some towers even offer a view of a clean lake, adding to the scenic beauty. Plus, it's a pet-friendly society with a separate area for pets to play and enjoy themselves.

It's among the top housing townships in Bangalore, creating a unique and peaceful environment. The housing complex is meticulously maintained, offering good construction quality and well-planned flat layouts. The Diwali celebration held here was enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Sob ha is recognized for pricing their apartment units at very high rates, and this holds true for Sob ha City. There are significant issues with water and electricity supply. The security at Sob ha City is perceived as subpar and falls short of expectations.

Good things here
A premium society will have all the amenities that you need which include the different sports filed if football, cricket, badminton, tennis, basketball and many more, there is an excellent gymnasium with all that advanced equipment. The houses are very beautiful minute detail has been covered by the builder, it has ample space to live and even work from home peacefully. The drawing room is very spacious, and I love the view from the balcony. I guess you will love it too.,

Price is the first factor that will make you search for more societies and keep this society in second place but as said in Bengaluru Comfort comes at a price, so this is the price that has to be paid to live peacefully here. Its location is good everything is nearby the society, but this makes the area a lot congested and noisy.,

The area has excellent connectivity to the Western Express Highway and a nearby railway station. The facilities are good, and there's ample space around the society. CCTV cameras are installed for security, and the property is well maintained. It's currently under construction and is referred to as ODC - The next BKC. There's a sports turf nearby for physical activities, and a movie theater is located beside the apartment.
Things need improvement
The area is crowded, and traffic can be an issue when leaving. The building's exterior design appears outdated. The nearby busy area may pose challenges for some residents. The road leading to the apartment has potholes, especially problematic in the rainy season. However, there are plans to construct a new road
