I've toured numerous apartments, but this one stands out in a league of its own. Everything is meticulously designed, especially with children in mind. From an expansive children's park catering to all age groups to overall well-maintained surroundings, this society hits the mark. Plus, the ample parking, excellent road connectivity, and on-site gym facility add to its appeal.

Things need improvement

The market is quite a distance from this apartment, making it inconvenient for urgent necessities unless you have access to vehicles or bikes. Additionally, there's a lack of nearby fast food stalls. While tourist places are far from Alpine Pyramid Apartments, one advantage is the proximity to the airport, allowing for easy access within half an hour. The environment can feel rushed, with residents caught up in their own lives and minimal blending of community interaction.

Good things here

It's a great and spacious society with reliable water supply and security. Situated on the outskirts of Shanghai, it offers plenty of peace and tranquility. Additionally, all amenities such as private parking, gardens, playgrounds, play areas, gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available for residents to enjoy.

Things need improvement

There aren't any major shops nearby, so you might need to hop on your bike to purchase items not commonly found in regular stores. Additionally, there's a nearby mosque, and the noise from their prayers can be quite loud at times.

Good things here

It's a vast gated complex with various standalone buildings ranging from 3 floors to 21 floors. I live in Magnum M2, a 14-floor building. Each building is managed by its individual society. The complex has two green spaces for older buildings and separate ones for newer ones. There's a common swimming pool and club for the entire complex. However, not everyone has parking, so there's a parking issue. CCTV cameras are installed on individual floors for security, and the society is well-maintained and clean. Festival celebrations are held collectively by groups of societies. The top floors offer lovely ventilation and awesome views of the mountains.

Things need improvement

Not everyone is allotted parking, leading to parking issues. The complex features stepped gardens instead of flat ones. Despite its size, there's only one Olympic-sized swimming pool available. Additionally, the internal roads can be congested.

Hospitals are near to the society for emergency. Security in the society were very safety at night.

Things need improvement

No lift available in the society. Play area is not good in the society. There is no swimming pool in the society.
