Good things here
Lift, CCTV camera and other facilities are all available and properly functioning. The maintenance is good, they charge for the maintenance and deliver on those grounds. Security guards are available 24/7 in every tower and on every gate. If there is a problem and you complain, the issue are resolved promptly. The people in the society are also friendly.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is average, you will have to take an eRickshaw to reach the metro station which is 15-20 minutes away. There is a minor seepage problem.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good now and repaired in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. There are no stray animal issues faced inside the society.

Good things here
He said we are planning to leave this society. Swimming pool & gym house hai accha society mein. Connectivity tabhi acha hai jab aapke paas apni personal vehicle ho. Log acche padhe likhe rehte hain. Society mein open space acha hai, price kam hai flats ke.
Things need improvement
Premium societies se neeche ka standard hai. Maintenance sahi nahi hai, paani nahi aata tha, 2-3 ghante light hi nahi aati thi. Aisa hota tha 3-4 din hi paani nahi aata tha, 8-10 ghante light nahi aati thi. No hygiene maintain is done. Public transport acha nahi hai, auto wagera nahi milta hai. Construction quality itni bekaar hai ke kabhi bhi building gir sakti hai. Security guards sab aged hain 90 saal ke, koi bhi young watchmen nahi hai.

The society is clean and greenary is all around. The security has been well maintained. Pet friendly society.
Things need improvement
Seepage and logging was a major issue in the society. People complained about it many times but no actions have been taken yet.

Good things here
There is nearby golf course metro. We get rikshaw to reach there. I have no ides about CCTV, however, mantainance is good. If seepage issue happens, then repairing happens. There is no water logging issue. Swimming pool, club house is mantained. People are fierndly and we celebrate all festivals together even small festival. I like celebrations, get togethers in society.

Seppage issue happens sometimes but it gets repaired time to time.

Good things here
I left the society two years ago. The market within the society was small. Maintenance was good, with cleanliness being well-maintained. There were CCTV cameras and lifts. However, there was no water logging problem. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were very well maintained. Neighbors were okay; the interaction was limited but pleasant. The society was simple, good, and well-maintained. It was the best society for me.
Things need improvement
The absence of a nearby metro and a slight seepage and leakage issue in certain parts were notable aspects of the society. Despite these challenges, the overall experience was positive.

Good things here
Electricity and water supply is available 24 hours. CCTV cameras, lift and others are available and works really good. No water logging issues. People are friendly and cooperative. Markets, schools, hospitals are available nearby.The society has great connectivity in terms of metro, cabs and buses. These are available nearby. Overall environment of the society is good.
Things need improvement
The society is altogether good and the resident has no issues has per mentioned and no improvement is required in the society right now. There is greenary all around the society.

The security service provided by the society was nice as security guards were active and society has cameras too for security purpose . In society cultural events tooks place frequently .

There was a major issue of dirty water due to which we have to change the society . everytime sometype of issue was there .

Malls, cinema halls are nearby. Shopping complexes are available at walking distance. Metro and other local transport facilities are there.

Water logging is very common in the society. All the residents are facing this issue. Monsoons have become really difficult for them.
