Society is very well connected in regard with local transport and public transport.All the modern amenities were there in the society.Build quality wasnjust excellent.Attentive managing committee to reseolve issues.Society was neat ,clean and well maintained.Rooms were quite spacious,noice proof and isolated.
According to my living experience it was one of the best society to stay over there and i dont have any kind of discomfort or dislke in that society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Malls is not nearby the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society but it is taken care of by the management.

connectivity is good like auto cabs are available easily and even though railway station is near by society .allocated parking was there for resident and visitors.amenities was great and well maintained.society was neat and clean
The construction quality of society is not upto the mark. There is a lots of seepage problem inside the units.

Railway station is at walking distance, cabs auto available easily.maintenance of the apartment is quite good .neat clean and hygienic environment inside the apartment
clubhouse and swimming pool is not in working condition.earlier resident faced leakage issues but its resolved now. There are power cuts issues as well.
