The society hass excellent connectivity, with easily accessible public transport options nearby including metro and railway stations. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring cleanliness throughout. An operational lift adds convenience, while additional amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and children's play area enhance the overall experience. The construction quality is exceptional, with no reported issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Nearby hospitals are conveniently located in close proximity. A reliable security system adds peace of mind, while good water supply and power backups ensure convenience and comfort. No electricity issues have been reported so far.
Metro and railway stations are near but are not functional, it still under construction and god knows by when it will be in use.

The construction quality in the society is poor, with visible cracks on walls and seepage issues in the flats, which is inconvenient. Hospitals are located very far from the society, approximately 5 kilometers away. Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society, amounting to 5000 rupees.
