Maintenance facility of the society is pretty good; water availability is 24/7. Power backup is provided in case of power cuts. Connectivity, such as cabs being easily accessible at the main road.

A reliable security system adds peace of mind, while good water supply and power backups ensure convenience and comfort. No electricity issues have been reported so far.

Facilities like grocery shops and markets are conveniently located inside the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Additionally, the cleaning of the society is very good and well-coordinated.

The construction quality in the society is poor, with visible cracks on walls and seepage issues in the flats, which is inconvenient. Hospitals are located very far from the society, approximately 5 kilometers away. Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society, amounting to 5000 rupees.
