Loccation is very good. nearby markets also on walking distance. public transport easy to catch.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is very poor,like water,power supply is disturbed suddenly. we are survive without those resorces.

Auto and cabs available outside the society, great connectivity of bus stand and building condition is also good in this society.

The metro connectivity is not so good, metro station is 7km far away from the society,

24/7 power and water backup is avialable. connectivity is very easy. all the amenitis services is here.

Overall, all the things in the society is good. It is just the maintenance & the issue resolution process than can be improved.

Good things here
He said main pehle rehta tha waha before covid time. Maintenance toh theek tha society ka. Gym, garden, clubhouse sab hai society mein. Greenery acchi hai society mein.
Things need improvement
Connectivity mein issue tha, public transport nahi milta tha . Construction quality acchi nahi hai, sookhi cement daalke banadiya hai, kisi ne theek se supervise nahi kiya hai. Drill karte hain ghar mein toh cement nikalta hai sookhi, construction theek se nahi hua hai.

Location is very good,also connectivity is nice, all the public transport are easy to catch.amenitis are hre.
Things need improvement
For metro you have to 4-5 km away and for railway you have to go Noida station .

Ola ,uber,rapido,buses are easily catch on late night also. main gate security and building gate security is very strong .

Construction used very cheap quality material thats why we face leakage, seepage problem in the society.

Auto and cabs are easily available infront of the society. swimming pool is clean , club house ,gym ,parking area is also good and neat and clean.
Things need improvement
We often faces power cuts issue in the society, power backup is avialable but they charge 17 rupees/unit which is very expensive.

There is no metro station near the committee, one has to go quite far to reach the metro station.
