Good things here
Market areas were available nearby for basic necessities. Construction quality of the society was satisfactory with well made infrastructure.
Things need improvement
Public transport options like e rickshaws were not available near the society, had to depend heavily on ola and uber, making the connectivity very poor. The balconies were very congested and not of any use. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. There was no interaction with the people in the society.

Good things here
It's better to live in road rather than living in this , whenever they want will increase maintaince, its worst when you leave the socity they will deduct your all security fee and they will not let your own things out. Its terriable socity gurads are too gready and abuses resident.
Things need improvement
No power in hot summer night , electric bill too high 40/unit . Guard look in bad manner to female they even abuse girls. Maintence staff behaviour is also too bad . Itstotally terriable place to live

Water charges are not separated in this place. It is included in the maintenance cost only. Infrastructure however needs to improve a bit more. Apartments are well balanced and organised.

Being located in Noida, this place is quite good. However, there are some facilities that are under maintenance but the management is quite responsive. There are tight securities around this place.

CCTV cameras are installed in necessary places. Apartments are also good and well structured. Maintenance team is responsive as well. This place is also connected to all types of transport.

This is one of the perfect places for families in Noida. Apartments are well furnished and clean. Lifts are quite convenient and safe. Management team is also very responsive whenever needed.

Parking areas are beautiful and efficient enough. There is a lot of open space around this place. Security is quite tight and reliable. Women and children are safe around this place.

The society of this residence is so fresh and has considerable space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I will do meditation here every morning. They proposed us to ad basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton court in this campus. They also offered us some additional conveniences like swimming pool, kids pool, aerobic rooms, gymnasium, small theatre, party halls etc. I am eagerly waiting for having these amenities as well.

I am a future dweller of this upcoming estate and apart from that problems I'm happy with their services and proposals for upcoming conveniences so much. I think It will give me a proper home-like feeling as well. The developers till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The under constructed rooms have ample spaces to live and are well ventilated too. Decorations of every room are very high quality yet.

The most negative thing is that the possession date of this project is still unknown. The project had started in 2011 and they assure us to start their possession in 2013 but still not happening. I have bought a 2bhk flat for myself and still waiting to get my flat. This is one of the worst experiences ever I have. This project is also not registered by RERA and I think this project have been cheating us. The construction has stopped even before the pandemic has started. So I think pandemic is not the reason of this delay.
