Good things here
While the exterior of the community exudes luxury, the interior construction falls short of expectations. Rooms are cramped and disproportionately small, with insufficient space in the hall and lift lobby. Those seeking more spacious accommodations may feel stifled. However, despite these drawbacks, the community excels in other aspects. True to its name, it offers excellent sports facilities, making it an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts whose primary focus is on athletic amenities.
Things need improvement
As noted earlier, the interior construction leaves much to be desired. While newcomers to gated communities may initially appreciate the environment, the limited room space can be a significant drawback. Individuals who prioritize spacious living arrangements are likely to feel stifled and may find the apartment unsuitable for their needs.

Additionally, the complex offers ample space for children to play, making it an ideal living environment for families.

Currently, there's a distance from the station and limited public transport options. However, there's optimism for improved connectivity in the future, especially with the development of the Panel bypass road. This infrastructure project holds promise for better transportation links in the coming years, which would enhance accessibility for residents.

Good things here
The rooms are quite large and spacious, with well-planned interiors and plenty of sunlight flooding in, thanks to good cross ventilation. And let's not forget the amazing view from the terrace.
Things need improvement
Overall, no major concerns, but the garden is better planned. It's a bit far from the main city, and there aren't many nearby places to hang out.

Living in Arya Hausa does come with a few drawbacks. Noise pollution can be a concern, particularly for those residing on lower floors. Additionally, there are occasional issues with water quality, sometimes even containing sand and gravel. While hospitals are accessible at affordable rates, they may lack some facilities. However, these challenges are common in many urban societies.

People are very quite. Park area is very good atmosphere in the society. .Swimming pool maintainance is also well. connectivity is also near to the society.
