Good things here
Maintenance is fine with CCTVs and elevators are installed. Amenities like gym swimming pool and parks for kids to play are available. People are very helpful and celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Transport facilities are poor with difficulty in booking cabs, metro is not available nearby. There are some water logging issues and cracks on walls with seepage issues, which signifies the poor construction quality.

Its pretty convenient for us as all the services are available in turms of connectivity. the society keeps on aranging a lot of jagrans and dinners so that is a good thing, but unme kaafi paisa waste hota hai.
Things need improvement
Mentainance charges of the society are very high and the service we get for the price is of very bad quality. 40,000RS per year mein thier is not even one thing i could point out being done good. like the parking space is open the parking is not covered. the clubhouse of the society are mentained but as such activity vgera kuchh hota nai so i cant see where my money is going.

The advantage of this community is its recent construction around six years ago, ensuring minimal issues such as water leakages or pipeline problems. The society offers ample open space with plenty of greenery, allowing residents to enjoy leisurely walks. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and multiple recreational areas are available. Furthermore, small grocery stores, a temple, and a pharmacy are conveniently located beside the community, providing easy access to essential services and supplies.
Things need improvement
The maintenance facilities, such as they are, lack power backup systems for residents in this community, and the connectivity is also subpar due to its location away from the main road.
