Good things here
High security system and top notch mentainance in the society,lifts are maintained well ,all the modern amenities are there and fully functional and even though maintenance charges quite reasonable.Allocated parking for owners and visitors.Crowd of the people is good and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Build quality is good,leakage and seepage issues are not there in the society.
Things need improvement
Railway station is 8km away from the society.power back up back connection has been allocated to common areas only.

Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society is good with availability of cabs and autos nearby. Roads are of good quality. Markets and hospitals are available close by. Connectivity rated as 4.5/5. Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with timely garbage disposal. Issues are resolved immediately. Maintenance is rated as 5/5. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. A fire exit is provided.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available but not well maintained, like the swimming pool is not cleaned regularly.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws were readily available nearby, and the roads outside the society were well-lit. Water was available 24*7, and the society was clean. The lifts were well-maintained, and all modern amenities were available and well-maintained. There were no issues with traffic.
Things need improvement
There was a power cut once a week, but backup was provided only for the common areas and lifts by the society. Flats did not have backup power. There was a minor issue with leakage.

The Locality is the project's biggest selling point. With all convenience nearby including pharmacies, grocery stores and malls the options are myriad and comfortable.

Large parks and a decent combination area are present. excellent water supply, transportation infrastructure place with no crime incredibly clean society. The apartment buildings are carefully designed with all required amenities, such as water supply, power backup, and a well-maintained elevator, for the convenience of the occupants.

Beautiful elevation project. High-rise structures provide excellent ventilation areas. There is a lot of parking space. The construction is of outstanding quality. All of their initiatives are of the highest calibre. There is a strong road connection. Due to broader roadways, there is no traffic congestion.

Within minutes, private taxis are accessible. There are other online delivery services for meals. There are CCTV cameras in the area that was created by the same function Object() { [native code] }, making it safer for individuals. There are several medical facilities nearby. Children are safer in this area.

The project's interior and outdoor natural settings are important to me. The people's surroundings are also first-rate in every manner. A station, a shopping centre, and a beautiful garden where you may unwind in nature and access public transit are some of the surrounding amenities.
