a very good residency with 24 hour power backup and all amenities are available like swimming pool, cycling track, jogging course etc. good schools and educational institutions are all available nearby. the residency is quite expensive.

we always looked for a place where there is peace and calm along with all the modern urban facilities required for living in a residency and this place has fulfilled our need and has given us satisfaction. my family and I have had immense fulfilment here.

in a radius of 1km there are hospitals, schools and transporation. the bus depot and the bus stand are all located nearby. as Noida is a growing commercial hub it has also become a major transportation centre and thus the residents a much benifitted.

the metro station is not far from the residency and thus it is of immense help to us. in case of a malfunction with the personal conveyance of a resident the metro connectivity and the public transportation system becomes a life saver.

as there are many guards and CCTV surveilance in the locality the security provided here is unquestionable and solid. the residency also provided good, safe and secure environment. the police station is also no far from here.
